I have found its best to put the gear down first. Then float over the length of the runway while incrementally adding flaps. That will keep it from hard dropping like that.
That reduces too much speed loss, resulting in a stall and crash before the runway. Same with extending flaps too early. This is why most irl engine failure landings involve less flaps settings.

you should have put on apu so you could control better
I would have if I had known all engines were going to fail. It happened so fast I'm not sure my APU would have helped.
