It says they don't sell to anyone whose primary business location is a residence. Which is what I have on my sellers permit because I am just starting out. Maybe I should have used a P.O. Box but I doubt that would fool anyone.
I have not used them. I agree that PO box would not work You could get a virtual office address with a company like regus. You can also use the address with a prep center and use that as your business address since you will send items there.

It's possible. You could dropship from most places on you own website. The question is though how would you market the items and why would the customers not just buy from Amazon? You can source from wholesale suppliers and get access to items.

The first thing to do is to increase your handling times so buyers know what to expect. You can also buy in bulk to ship out yourself or find specific suppliers that offer faster shipping times.

Yes, definitely. You can create your own listing and you can run PPC to your listing. As far as texts to send, you can just see if they have a dropship program or ask if they dorpship.

I don't know any supplier that carries Nike products unfortunately. I would recommend first talking with an IP lawyer about altering and re-selling their product with your designs.

Most wholesale suppliers will already have their policies in place. They will either dropship or they will not. You can ask them if they will ship to the end consumer. I usually present drophip terms to smaller companies or brands.
Not any that I work with. I sell funeral products which I guess are health but I don't source from suppliers that would have your typical health let alone beauty products.

SOme red flags are charging a membership or a initial account setup fee, not having a warehouse address or a business address, not having a phone number, Not having a wholesale login (Not always a red flag), and not having good policies.
For finding local suppliers (especially Australia) you can check google or local directories. Inventory Source primarily has suppliers form North America.
Hey Justin, Every directory in this video can be accessed for free. You don't need to pay a penny. Inventory source is free to view. Sparkshipping suppliers can literally be seen without making an account. The wholesale formula supplier lists are free as well. Esource is the only one that you would need to pay for but I showed you how to get around that.

LLC and in most states you will need a resale certificate.
