Really good anime that I binge about every 6 months or so. Original story line, good writing, good directing, good acting, and pretty good animation. Surprised and disappointed that it never got a third season.
Its still bogged me how he aged in a single fight, he literally bled his lifespan. He looks good 40-45 at his first appearance but after the battle he looks like 55-60 insane.
The Italica battle with the gunships is epic. The front gate battle with the gunship wasting all the soldiers in the front gate with the 3-barrel 30mm minigun.
