This is a tribute/highlight video to one of the greatest Sooners of all time, Sterling Shepard. Shepard followed in his father's footsteps to become a Sooner legend. He was an All-American and won two big 12 Championships. Thanks to Sterling for all the great memories.

What a talented, classy player. I've been an OU fan my whole life and I've watched a lot of the greats, but Shepard will always have a special place in my heart.

As a crazy OU fan I don't think even close. Yeah he was a pretty good player but he wasn't as good as Ryan Broyles or Jaylen Saunders.

Are you guys retarded? Shepard was for the longest time OU's only reason they had a passing game during the Trevor Knight years. His career was outstanding, watch him in any of his games against Okie State and his performances against Alabama in the Sugar Bowl and at Tennessee. Not to mention he was consistently great, never took a play off and was Mr. Reliable when OU's offense was stalling. Just imagine if Shepard played for Mayfield all four years. He's hold every receiving record at Oklahoma I'd bet. Is there anyone you can really say has better football character than Shepard? I think not.
I was very fortunate to have played H.S. football for his father here in Oklahoma. He was our special teams and DB coach . he was a very good man. I remember on occasion Sterling would come to practice with him and we would throw the ball to him and he would catch the ball and run perfect routes at a young age. We all know this kids was just as special as his father and uncle's . Thanks coach and thanks Sterling for the memories.
I'm a Pats fan, so I am not a fan of the Giants. But I must admit I'm happy he is on a monster team with a nasty quarterback. Glad this guy is in the NFL

Victor Cruz wore #3 in college, Beckham wore #3 in college, Shepard wore #3 in college...if our offensive line holds up, we have the nastiest trio of receivers in the league, and none of them are over 6ft tall.

Cowboy nation wanna talk about there triplets, well we got one of our own with our receivers. Beckham and Cruz on the outside with Sheppard on the slot is deadly. Not to mention Sheppard can play outside as well so we can switch them all up. The more I think about it if we can get a bell cow back than our offense is scary.

Can you imagine having an offense with three amazing route runners to start. Defensive backs will go crazy.
This guy sure is going to make up for the loss of R.Randle, who never amounted to anything there in N.Y. and now ODB finally has a WR that has the playmaking ability to keep some of them double teams off of him and if not Shepard is going to have a huge year statistically, it doesn't matter anymore if they are a Rookie at the WR position, we have seen that the last several years. I am for sure grabbing this guy on my fantasy Championship team. Hell of a player, hope he stays healthy and they can move on from V.Cruz who I don't think will ever recover honestly
