Hey check your oring in the oil sump as you have the warning light for oil pressure. The engine might seize up if you drive like that on the highway. It's a common issue with the 2.0 cdti engine.
...and why, 3 times turn key on and off, it is not old diesel from 90ties... I have insignia and it starting up very good if turn ignition key first time. And yes, it was on -14C

My friend, you have the oil pressure warning when starting the car. That's a bad sign. Maybe go check the o-ring from the oil container.
