Rhetoric always sells more ads than thoughtful constructive ideas. They're pandering to the lowest common denominator with short attention spans, as opposed to giving a thoughtful and forward-thinking individual an opportunity to present his ideas to the American people. Truly pathetic, and the reason we are increasingly turning away from the traditional news networks which exacerbates the problems of misinformation.

I believe every candidate have several plans to tackle the major problems discussed in this debate. Regardless, It was very unfortunate to have him speak so little. On the bright side, it was very good to hear Williamson, Harris, and Gillibrand talk, especially Williamson with her southern accent. Many people I know see these ladies unlikely of winning. Their experience and comprehension of both external and internal political definitely shine during this debate. As an asian-american myself, Yang has been on my radar, but having not followed these ladies it was interesting to hear their thoughts. Castro during the last debate was also very impressively composed.

I will be happy when our television stations DO NOT control who gets asked the questions and who answers them. Every candidate should be asked and be able to answer the same questions. If it means less candidates on more dates then do it!....enough already! NBC, do you care about this country? Do you care about the people? Your job is NOT political, your job is to deliver news without special influences. So tired of the stuff that goes on with elections and how our own news stations do not treat candidates equally. Where is your allowance of Andrew Yang to speak? Really? Your debate on both days was rigged to hear only specific candidates and it is WRONG! Fix it, or loose a viewer.

I disagree in a way. They were all involving themselves in the debate. He just stood there waiting to be called upon, like he should, but when no one else is waiting there turn you have to get involved. We didn't hear very much from him because he wasn't called upon that much but if he would have taken it upon himself to get more involved since they weren't involving him we would have gotten to know more about his proposed policies. I kinda wish he would have jumped in more the way the others did, since no one was waiting to hear they're name being called. I wanted to hear more from him because he's one of the least known to me. I've watched his interviews on the JRE and Bill Maher, but those are really the only times I've gotten to hear from him.

They lost credibility a long time ago if you paid attention mate... MSNBC is a corporate news network, just like NBC, FOX and CNN. They are privately owned corporations with a profit-incentive. They will support candidates that they deem corporate-friendly.Such as Kamala Harris, who accepted and still accepts large corporate donations and donations from special interest groups. Grass-roots funded candidates such as Andrew Yang and Bernie Sanders therefore will always face bias and disadvantages in form of hacky questions, more biased negative coverage and less exposure to the public. Because Sanders and Yang don't accept corporate money and push for policies that would benefit the regular american citizen and not large multinational corporations and special interest groups. You can see since 2016 just how much more entrenched they have become as the younger ones have become old enough to vote. There is no longer a big push to distinguish between"Socialism" and calling it "Democratic Socialism" to make people view it as being something different from Socialism. Now they are proudly touting Socialism. They are no longer attempting to hide behind the "Democratic Socialism" moniker for the most part.
