I have issue on Windows 10 Permission denied > I can see that the video reflects to vimeo account but looks like corrupted and not able to play it. Maybe because of the permission denied. Did anyone encounter this issue?

You can do that by sending ajax to endpoint i mentioned on video which will give you info to show progress
