Spellbinders have the poinsettia cinch-and-go dies on clearance right now. Your video helped me decide to buy them. Very informative and helpful! Thanks!
I watched Becca Feeken, who designed the Cinch Flowers, make them up. I was wondering what they would look like if you didn't make them with the wire holder that she used, and I see that they work out great! They are stunning.
Cheery Lane is called Makers Movement and I bought them for 14.99 there after watching your flower series. I use the Cuttlebug too and you got to really line up the long dies. Thanks for the review, I might have to pick these up.
This is a great concept for videos! I, like you, want to know how the products work and wish more of them had better instructions. Thanks so much for doing this 👍… I am really looking forward to watching. The pink one with snow is my favorite! 💕
I wonder if the little circle with the set would be to use for the base to glue the petals to as you layer them. ait also has a hole to fit the stamens through. Just a thought. I just bought the set but haven't used it yet. Great tutorial.
Wow!!!! Thank you fir this tremendous tutorial .... love it and the die is on its way to my house .... thank you!!!! Always watch your tutorials ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks! I just got the Cheery poinsettia die, maybe I'll exchange it for the spellbinders. Big price difference . Need to get some of those stamens too!
I like them both....but I think the Spellbinders is a much better value and the flowers are fuller with less layers so that's a money and time saver. Make sure to tell Bonnie at RRR that we love those new stamens!!!
The real poinsettia would have a yellow center which would look nice too. Since the poinsettia "flower" is really it's leaves forced to turn red one could use the largest die on green paper as background leaves too. Nice job...I've seen this die and wondered how it would look.
Great video, I just got this die. I didn’t realize I would need the tools and pad to shape them..... What is that shaping tool set called? Can something else be used if you don’t have this set?
I'm not sure if they can be made without the mat and tools. It's not a big investment though and I think well worth it if you really enjoy creating flowers.
Just a note..these dies are meant to be embossed after cutting by running the die and paper with paper face up back through the machine with an embossing mat on top of the ‘sandwich’. You get all the details 😀
Hi. I love all your videos. I saw the video of Becca Feeken, creator of these cinch and go flower dies, and found that they are called as such because they are supposed to be sprayed wet and cinched/crunched/smooshed and let dry for a more natural look. Cards and Coffee Time, forgot her name, also did a video on other cinch and go flower dies. Curious how these poinsettias will look with that technique of wetting and cinching. Would you care to demo that? Thanks for all your vids, such and inspiration.
Ginny, I just ordered these, because I love how you use them on everything! I think it's a great single or double flower like you use. What stamen size do you recommend? I'll probably have to order online, and I know you buy them from Bonnie...I'm just not sure how big or small to go. TY!
I always get mine from Bonnie. Most of them are the same size. I think the black ones might be a bit fuller but they work just as well if you use fewer of them.
@@pollyspaperstudio1792 I actually put an order in last night with her, and went with 4 colors of the small ones. She's even combined my monthly ribbon in it too, and the order went out today! Fast service from Really Reasonable Ribbon!
Very pretty.
Thank you! Cheers!

The small rectangle piece is suppose to be a stem. Love the results.
Amanda I'm taking your word for it....better than anything I came up with! Thanks for watching : )

Great, thank you.... I ordered a tool set from Amazon, yes not very expensive at all
Did you add the ink coloring and stickles before or after you put the flowers together.
Ink before and Stickles after : )

Thanks for that clarification Donna. I would have done that if I hadn't planned to shape them . Thanks for watching!

Here is Cards and Coffee time video, she didn't do any wetting but still turned out stunning! th-cam.com/video/LaXTciv7jIg/w-d-xo.html
