I feel like the only reason Anti-nade doesn't screw up the Queen's whole kit is because of her Shift and the extra health it gives unlike Hog who can't heal through that.

Her ult is like an instantaneous hanzo ult that does anti and dot and can’t be countered unless you lucio beat perfectly or have a zarya who can cleanse or reaper/Moira cleanse. Really strong ult compared to the rest of her kit, but she probably just gets easily counter swapped by playing Moira lucio reaper sombra zarya comp. Could maybe swap in tracer who can recall her ult or mei who can iceblock. Genji needs to be able to deflect her throwing knife + melee abilities and then he might be a decent counterpick as well. She will be very strong in solo q where less players counterswap but she’s kinda useless as is at the owl level especially since dmg role passive incentivizes counterswaps more. Still, she’s very fun to play when she isn’t completely counterpicked and I’m glad blizzard are making more “fun to play in ranked” characters that don’t necessarily have to have broken/meta-defining abilities.

2 (1 if they have zenyatta) headshot she dies in her animation the only buff she requires is armor into that ult so she doesn't blow up, alot of things can cancel her ult really easily as it takes a bit of windup so its definitly counterable, hanzo ult can be eaten by d.v.a matrix and sigma blackhole also he can die before his shot is fired as it takes some windup as well. she is definitly strong only if your enemy team decides to ignore you but she will struggle the higher you go as teamplay will be more relevant and she struggles against a coordinated team. (only if meta promotes a rush strat she will be a good pick) Currently there are better tanks then her when comparing kits but she really fits into a koth/rush setting. i do agree alot just giving more thought into it. She is definitly fun.

The 3 gift subs by blizzard is definitely a little shameless after near 0 content besides skins. The more shameless move was making beta access $40 and claiming the skins included give it the $40 value. We are still in a content deficit after the last few years of absolute silence. No other company tries to milk the last few loyal fans quite like Activision Blizzard while offering nothing in return.

It’s ridiculous because the queue times are garbage right now, as we saw in this video (10 minute tank queue for QP? Really?). It feels like they are artificially trying to create demand by limiting supply as a way to drum up hype. But it’s not working, because all the people who actually want to see the game succeed signed up for the beta and are essentially being told to screw off, while the people in the beta are waiting several minutes for a match.

As it stands currently, I see junker queen's ult as not only being extremely situational...but super hit or miss. If I were to change three things to balance JQ and make her the *rein-hog lovechild she's meant to be:* 1: Her ult blocks projectiles (like orisa, since ANA HARD COUNTERS THIS CHARACTER) 2: When she ults, she takes all abilities off cooldown (like genji, except maybe her rally or minor nerf) 3: On her knife recall, if it hits someone on the way back, also pulls them as if they were stuck. (it makes sense) Explanation: The mentality of JQ''s ult is this: If I'm charging in there, I want to be swinging and maximizing wounds so that my team can follow up and clean up the rest. However, right now, this ult doesn't work well as a "push in with me" this seems like the kind of ult that you want to hold for a long time until it becomes good in a choke. On top of that, even then, she can't really go in alone either since the damage from wounds is laughable and what you'll see is the enemy will kite, you're out of abilities, and once you stop getting heals from wounds you're out in the open and you die to a team of full HP. (that is, if you get that far, since all ANA needs to do is throw nade and/or sleep POINT BLANK to make you look like an absolute bafoon) She can clear a choke like nobody else in the game, and if she hits 3-4 people it's like a roadhog bong constantly. (unless pov: the enemy team chose ana meta) However, in open spaces, it can easily be read and dodged, because of the long windup. If she misses, she probably dies. If she got all her abilities back, she won't be in a much better situation though, since 200hp still isn't that much ESPECIALLY if you're out in the open. Also, if your ult doesnt land anyway, even if you have your swing, you aren't going to be doing much if the enemy has kept distance like they should be doing anyway. The only thing this does is allow you to salvage a missed ult with a knife throw, which requires skill. Additionally, getting an axe swing in there to do a little extra damage would feel really sexy, even if it doesn't do a whole lot extra (since wounds do not stack)
getting angry at a "dead" game for trying to promote itself to boost activity in the name of better PR feels like asking people to stop giving CPR to a dying person -- the only reason you'd want that to happen is bc you have some personal prejudice against that person, and in general that's kind of rude??

Everything the game wants to do warrants the equal level of hostility bc Blizzard bad, but it seems just so unfair for the actual devs that want to create and release more OW stuff bc of such general vitriol telling them "NO. WE DON'T WANT YOU TO DO WELL. GTFO"

@@ser_igel The Classic skin is good but I'm not counting it because it's the default, so you don't need to do anything to have it. For the rest of the skins, it's the same thing with Moira and Winston where they can't really change the base model and so pretty much everything looks like the original skin but with a worse (or, at best, slightly better) colour palette.
I feel like Junker Queen is actually good but it doesn't play to super's strengths. Junker queen is a very positioning heavy character, kind of mix of rein and hog. As a genji main super really doesn't seem to have the skills required to be good at the character

To be fair ow2 had bigger numbers when all you had to do was to watch a stream for 4 hours. With this bring event the numbers are not as impressive
