    Naturally colorful & healthy! They look delicious ,too. I liked that you added some turmeric & cinnamon powder . The antioxidants in those will complement those of the Butterfly Pea (Blue Ternatea ) flowers.The flavor of those fruits complement the nonfat milk.

    Joshua's dad & I eat cooked pure OATBRAN (which is devoid of calories) , while Joshua (a growing teen who needs calories) eats cooked OATMEAL (which has calories) for breakfast.
    Joshua & his dad add NONFAT MILK POWDER, FRUITS (Dalandan/Calamansi &/or Bananas &/or Mangoes &/or Papaya &/or Dragon Fruit &/or Oranges &/or Apples &/or Strawberries &/or Grapes &/or any fruit to your liking or in season), BLUE TERNATE (BUTTERFLY PEA) FLOWER TEA , CINNAMON &/ GINGER &/ TURMERIC &/ NUTMEG &/ MATCHA (GREEN TEA) POWDERS , & SUGAR to taste.
    While I eat my cooked OATBRAN with NONFAT MILK POWDER, COCOA(CHOCOLATE) POWDER , & SUGAR to taste. Mine is a chocolatey oat porridge. Yum!!😋😋👍💟🇵🇭🌈

    Pwede rin gamitan ng OAT MILK na pampalit sa milk para sa may gusto na puro plant- based na pagkain ang gagamitin.

    Pwede din lagyan ng POWDER ng GINGER , CINNAMON , NUTMEG , TURMERIC . Optional ang CLOVE POWDER. Kasama dito ang NON-FAT MILK POWDER at SUGAR.
