I own a two cz's, a 455 varmint and a 457 mtr. I didn't take any measurement of the first rounds on my 16 inch gong I had set at the 300 yard mark, but I counted well over 100 impacts on the gong at the end of the day, many 5 of 5 hits with a bit of wind, 5 mph+ gusts I would estimate. I used cheap Aguila 40gr. lrn ammunition. Both the 455 and 457 were extremely accurate, I will put out a 6" gong next time to get a better idea. Just as a casual shooter, having my buddies ringing the gong at 300 yards was very satisfying. Next time I will hang some surveyors tape out to get a better read of the wind. I used a ballistics calculator and a spotting scope and got a surprise when the 457 was just 12 inches off the gong the very first shot ever thru the rifle except from the factory, shots 3 4 and 5 were on the target at 300. I was pretty excited to zero the cz 457 in 2 shots.
My LRP came with the large rubber bolt knob. I think that rifle might have had the bolt knob switched. I bought mine 2 years ago right here in Pembroke ON. It shoots great for small bore rifle matches. I put a bag rider on the picatinny rail on the butt of the stock.

I have used one commercialy on rabbit control for over a year and put 20,000 subsonic 1065 Winchester through it. From the first day I have owned it, it will not eject live rounds. Tried different ammo but all the same. I keep using it with this fault even though it is cumbersome to shoulder. Why? because it reaches out 30 meters more with subs than any other .22 I have used with a good percentage kill at 120 and I don't hesitate to shoot with a degree of success out to 150 metres. I would only change guns if I found one not so heavy with the same incredible accuracy.
