@a sock you don’t have to be a soprano to sing Eliza’s parts. I’m also a mezzo and I can hit her notes as well. I also know a few altos who can do it too. I guess it’s just about how wide your range is. For example, Zoe Murphy from Dear Evan Hansen is an alto part (F3-E5) but that doesn’t mean you can’t hit the notes if your a soprano. It just means you have a wide range. Does that make sense?
