    Extremely carefully prepared lesson, perfectly accurate, So useful! I never write comments but I can't restrain. I've been to Jordan twice and wish to visit this friendly nation again with at least basic knowledge of their language. Thank you very much, indeed. Have a nice day.

    "Revise" means to edit or to change. I think you mean "review" which means to look over something in summary.

    Really super.. all your videos and they way you teach is unique and simple. I have a request.. pls make a video related to automobile including terms and situations like sale, spare parts , service, repairs, delivery, warranty etc. Here in GCC and middle east majority people love to learn about it and will be much useful. ......Thanks Seban

    :O The word for T-Shirt in fus7a. Not possible haha. I am glad you are still making vidoes :) I have one little question. If we use kundara for 1 pair of shoes, and it is single, is there no word for just 1 shoe? Maybe I misunderstood. If kundara is a pair, how could I say "I'm missing a shoe," for example? Or would you specify by saying "one" or "both?"

    • @LearnLevantineArabic
      @LearnLevantineArabic  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great question! One shoe is "fardeh" فردة.
      It can be the right shoe: el fardeh l-yameen الفردة اليمين or the left shoe: el fardeh le-shmal الفردة الشمال.

    • @LearnLevantineArabic
      @LearnLevantineArabic  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      To say: I'm missing a shoe, you can say: mday-ye" fardet kundarte.

      tahir, while I'm learning from the teacher in the vid, I'm also learning from you on the side bcz I observe that you seem to be quite adept at The Levantine dialect as I myself am also aspiring to be, inshallah.

    • @ivornworrell
      @ivornworrell 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      MarHaba tah H, I think it should be صارلي زمان ما شوف الفيديو (Saarli with an alef). shukran

    2SSalaam 3leykum mua3llimmeh:biddi 2ajarreb=I want to try, but if I want to say "I want YOU (s.f.) to go" is it "biddi 2itruHi", that is, the verb TO GO (s.f.) without the ba-prefix? Shukran.

    • @riceandramen
      @riceandramen 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hi ivor...after you use a b-prefix verb, you drop the b- from the following present tense verbs because the prefix has already established that you are speaking of present tense actions...the verbs that follow are still present tense, just without the b- cue card, so to speak.

    • @riceandramen
      @riceandramen 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      you can use that pattern with biddi as well since it is treated like a verb...so yes, drop the b- after biddi.
