It is called commiting Genocide against local populations and plundering them… Somewhat dissapointed. Like Paradox your doing a WW2 game… plz stay in the realm of strategy and dont use euphemizms for mass genocide… if you want to adress it…
Seizing the Gold Reserves has been in the game since MEFO Bills have been a thing... I dont why this is a issue now, especially when seizing a countries gold reserves was one of the more tamer things the Germans did when they invaded a country...

NGL Aligning the Czechs is pretty busted since you can just puppet every country in your faction and annex them.

As far as I know the only reason for the Navy event to exist is to be able to get an Admiral to rule Germany. Which you need for an achievement.
