Pwede po ba ung calculator na Casio fx 570ES Plus 2nd Edition sa board exam po for EE?
How long was the exam in terms of hours? Was it opened book? Which discipline are you? Do you become a licensed engineer immediately right after passing the ECE board exam? Or are there additional professional working experiences required prior to becoming a full pledge license engineer? It seems odd that Philippines/board would grant you a license without having an actual professional working experiences. If so, Philippines is not as strict as US.
I took my license exam in structural engineering here in the USA. Compare to your exam, it seems that materials covered in the Philippines exam are very minimal and not as exhaustive.
Hi Chhivhun! There are four subjects in our course Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) in theboard exam. namely: Math, GEAS. EST, and ELectroincs. Each subject has 4 hours alloted time to finish. No books are allowed! Yes right after passing the board exam you will be licensed already and no need to have experience. It’s nice to know that you have taken your license in USA! :)

Solving problem poba exam sa math? Or multiple choice?
Dapat kc...lahat ng kumukuha ng engineering, pamilyar na s laht ng formula ..pra pagnagreview center di sila mahirapn...at pag 5th year na, batak na s review para sure pass talaga, kulang yong aral s college, dpt ituro yong review s college 5th yer, kesa mag thesis o project ipagawa nila...total licensa nmn tlga yong importante....
Hi Ever Sacay! Tama ka dyan. Mahalaga na habang nagaaral ng college ay nareretain na sa bawat estudayante ang lahat ng natututunan nila para kapag nagreview ma sila sa board ay mas madali sila makapagaral at pumasa na din sa board. :)

Hi! Actually, calculators are not really great factors in passing the board exam as long as you have the greatest foundation in all mathematics basic to advanced principles. Calculators are just tools for short cuts and faster way of solving but at the end of the day, it’s your knowledge and great foundation in Math that will make you pass the board exam. Hi alain! I could say para sa akin yung mga major subjects sa communications kasi maraming terms at marami ring formula so dapat masipag ka magbasa at umunawa ng concepts. Sa physics wala namang time na kelangan mong gumwa ng formula.. hehe. Kayang kaya mo yan if plan mo magengineering basta magaral ka lang mabuti.

Hi Jonalyn! Walang anuman! Salamat din sa support! Kung magcivil engineering ka, mahalaga na maganda ang foundations mo sa math.. lalong lalo ang algebra, trigo, geometry... even calculus.. i suggest manuod k rin ng math videos ko makakatulong sa yo yun as engineering student.

Hi vx805. Kaya din naman ang self review lalo nga kung sabi mo ay above average naman ang IQ, pero maganda lang ang review center as guide for your review at may materials din sila for you. Sa ECE may apat na subjects : Math, Electronics, GEAS. At EST. Cover to cover lahat ng topics na napagaralan mo nung college ang kasama sa board exam kaya marami rami din talaga ang kailangang reviewhin.

Pero may certain group sa FB na isususggest ko sa yo which is Pass the Board Exam.. meron silang post dun about the formula na ginamit ng isang licensde engr para sa board exam niya. @@justinbryanolanda8389 I forgot to mention...may mga work na kailangan ang license tulad ng Broadcast Engineer...eto yung mga engineer sa TV at Radio station, so mas ok kung may lisensya, pero di ibig sabihin hindi ka magiging successful kung wala ka license. May mga work di masyado hinahanap license...Anong year ka na ba?
