feels surreal reading this title, I remember when you posted an nclex guide which helped me pass and now this, not the first new grad I followed who quit recently.
I'm also a new grad, idk where to start

In the same position here 😭 putting in my resignation tomorrow, so nervous and mixed feelings. But putting mental health and happiness first. Praying to God that there's a plan for me

hey Nidhi, so glad to hear you put yourself, mental health and being over a job. Glad to hear you are taking the time for yourself in these interim jobless weeks. What job did you end up landing and how did it/ is it going?
I was just in a similar situation with a new grad position that was not a good fit and I quickly realized inpatient nursing is not for me. Luckily the start perfectly aligned and I am now working an outpatient clinic position that I absolutely LOVE! Feel like I have to pinch myself daily, "Is this true? Can my lief be this wonderful?" truly amazing and so so happy for myself and my mental health and overall health that I made this decision.

Oh wow I will never complain about my commute again! I’m a new grad too. I moved to NC to start working in for a non profit in a rural area with no housing, so I have to live in a city that’s an hour and 30 minutes away. I get home around 6:30, bed by 9:30 and wake up by 6. It’s exhausting but I could t imagine having to wake up at 4!!!! You’re strong and brave for making the decision that was best for you❤️❤️

I quit too after 4 months. I felt so bad but I had to do it. No more bed side for me. I start my new job at fresenus next week. Wish me luck
