I walk through how to wire up your car project with one of my panels! This is part 1 and i will have part 2 out later this week showing you how it will all look once installed in the car!!
Getting ready to wire one of these up in my mustang !! Good stuff
Just bought mine, 12 way with switches panel, Hard to beat!!
Will have it built/sent out soon!
Just ordered a 6x6. Very clean set up.
I would get my money back. Thats a horrible quality panel. Your asking for corroded wires and terminals.
@@supreme2544have you used one to know? Of the panels inside it shouldn’t Corrode surely?
Instead of several relays which are ignitioned triggered, why not to add just one giant 200A relay and let this control an extra fuse box. This wiring will be ignition triggered and attached to this fuse box are components like power windows, headlights, turn signals, horn, radiator fan, fuel pump etc. Will this work?
Wouldn’t a circuit breaker before the relay be a good idea?
Possibly a dumb question, but what are you doing for grounds on everything your wiring on the output side of the panel? I didn’t see a ground distribution panel or anything online.
do you happen to have a diagram showing how the flasher relay works with the main fuse panel?
Could you do a continuous solenoid instead of the 200A relay? Or why would you like pick one over the other?
Bro that is clean asf. I like how the inputs and outputs are on opposite sides. So basically you're bypassing things like immobilizer and 'main' relay.? Also if I'm deleting the dash/main harness for this setup what about the cluster ?
Yeah I completely rewired the whole car, not using cluster since the Holley comes with a screen. May upgrade to their large dash in the future
Getting ready to order this panel from you. What size wire is needed to power the relay board?
@@LJ-zz4so depends on panel, but the 12 way. Suggest 2-4 gauge
Hey man. Im currently in the middle of building a relay panel for my drift car. I am curious if I can wire a toggle switch in place of the "key" switch.
Yep! Can do that no problem
I Am Planning On Doing This To My K Swapped 69 C10. It Is Know In My "K-Swap" Album.
Question for ya boss man can this board be wired to the alternator charge wire or is it recommended strait to battery
Straight to battery!
Awesome work but if using a stand alone Holley system the power and ground go straight to the battery or you will have problems in the Holley instructions they will tell you many times.
Yes we always do that, just talking about wires to tell the Holley to turn on
How many amps are the smaller relays
40amps
This is great. But I didn’t see how the fuses were wired into the circuit.
Fuses are all in the middle under plastic over
12 volt power through the keyed relay powers the entire fuse panel that under the plastic.
Can I run this with stock ecu?
Yes!
