I am a huge Dhoni fan but I have found many flaws in your analysis. TBH Dhoni was a good test captain but definitely not among the greatest. Aways stats as a captain in test were not at all good. He was spinners captain not at all Fast bowler captain.So he had bad performance in away series.Not only that in 2013Dec -2015 Jan India didn't play a single home test series where he could grow the inexperienced fast bowling unit comprising Bhuvi, Umesh,Shami, ishant.They were naive in SENAs although they did good there in their first tours but overall team failed to win

I am a huge Dhoni fan but I have found many flaws in your analysis.
TBH Dhoni was a good test captain but definitely not among the greatest. Aways stats as a captain in test were not at all good. He was spinners captain not at all Fast bowler captain.So he had bad performance in away series.Not only that in 2013Dec -2015 Jan India didn't play a single home test series where he could grow the inexperienced fast bowling unit comprising Bhuvi, Umesh,Shami, ishant.They were naive in SENAs although they did good there in their first tours but overall team failed to win
