- This video will teach how to crack any defense! Feints are the secret sauce that most thaiboxers overlook and essentially aren't taught. With this Muay Thai tutorial we're going to change that! Charles Johnson is going to teach you the fundamentals of the Muay Thai feints with basic Muay Thai drills and Muay Thai techniques that was taught to him by his Muay Thai trainer in Thailand for over 3 years while he lived there with his family, Kru Hinphet Sitjaopho. You're going to learn the Muay Thai hesitation and the Muay Thai "studder" kick, which will allow you to create your own Muay Thai movements and attacks!

I owe this man a whole lot, he taught me how to fight and how to believe in myself. Will never forget him. 🙏🏾
You’re more than a conquerer! 🙏🙌
I can tell by the way he teaches that he's an awesome dad.
I like how TJ teaches to fight smart not with just power. I often see how he focuses on the protection and scoring with techniques. Very rare and I don't find from the ordinary trainer.
The technique and proper distribution of force through your body is what generates power. So, really, what he's teaching here will help achieve your power potential.
Very underrated and under-taught technique that’s often only learned observationally. Discovering switch-hitters and others who fight in a polyrhythmic way really helped me find my style. This is the first time I’ve seen someone actually teach it. Thank you! 🙏
I love the vibe of these videos. So informative, so chill, so genuine. Keep it up!
Thank you! Will do! ✅🙌
Truly love way coach presents the technique -- wid STYLE! Expressive content!
Discovered your channel two weeks ago and already seeing improvements I sparring! Thank you guys! Peace and love from the UK
Wow, I'm glad to read this. I also want to improve in sparring 😅
Absolutely lovely subtle movements and fakes in this video. Great stuff 👍🏻
Thank you kindly! We’re glad we could provide you with value through our content! 🤩✅🙏
Favorite video so far.
Ty for your feedback, might we ask what made this one your favorite in particular? Was the technique, the editing, the camera work, etc ?
That's some good stuff right there adding the footwork and feints really helped back then people used to avoid that saying your gonna get kicked or caught moving like that but this is a perfect example of why it's way better to float and slide then stand firm and on the center line
Coach TJ is so technical with his particular style. He changed my life. #grateful
Working on it
Great coach. Great practitioners
We agree! Thanks for the watching & for the kind words ✅🤩
This is gold
I really want to put into practice everything you explained when I return to training! Thanks, master!
You can do it! 🙏🙌
Recently found your channel and EVERYTHING is 🔥. I've been doing your drills and have noticed significant improvements. Great stuff Coach TJ. The kids young and already a PROBLEM !!
Awesome, much more valuable content is on the way for you! 🙏🙏🙌
Love it! Fits right into my tricky kicks. Thank you. Big fan
I come back to this video every few weeks, as I get a little bit better at layering feints into sparring. Whole channel is gold.
Ya'll have helped me out a lot with improving my skills
The student had a great rationale for why he keeps his hands in a different position from his trainer! Honestly impressed and it makes me think that we should all be asking ourselves why we move the way we that we do. Definitely going to be more cognizant of my form after this. Thank you
Great feedback 👌🙏🙏
Giving priceless knowledge for free...... This man is a rea one
We appreciate the fact that you find value in our content ! 🙏🙏
I wish I found this channel when I first began Muay Thai. You have beautiful technique and do a great job of breaking down all the little details. Great content!

Love it coach . Thanks for the breakdown 🙏🏽
Any time! 🙏✅
You are really great I spent a lot of time in Thailand. Love how you are teaching your son. I wish I could study with you. 🙏❤️
Thank you! 😃 ✅🙌
He's such an amazing coach and dad. Kudos
Man I love this video, got a new subscriber. "Same same but different" is what my coaches in Thailand always said when I was there starting my muay Thai journey 5 years ago
Thanks for the sub! 🤩🙏
It’s really something to share what you’re teaching your son, I don’t think you see this type of coaching up close anywhere else
Ty much! 🙏✅✅
These 2 are iconic. Kids future looks bright
Ty for the kind words! 🤩🙏🙏
Man, the content is so good. Thank you! Keep it coming! 🔥
You got it! 🙏🙌

Awesome! Thank you! 🙏
~Team KMA
Nong O and Saenchai both have used these feints to become Muay Thai champions and living legends. This is great content!
bruh, I thought your instagram content was gold, but I could create months of training work off of just the videos you've posted recently hahaha. thank you, you two have quickly become one of my top muay thai channels. it's hard not to want to try everything all at once, but just gonna take a thing or two here and there and get really good at them :)
Thank you, we have much more content otw! ✅🙏🙌
Insane you only have 11k followers. Better coach than almost every one I've had in thailand. You are going to blow up any time soon
Thank you for the kind words, we believe you 😄🙏

Our pleasure! 🙏🙏
Great stuff love the channel
Much appreciated, much more otw for you! 🙏🙏
Not sure if this is your son but what an incredible relationship you guys have. Great role model for the youth
Yes this is Coach Charles and his son Tito! Ty for the kind words 🙌🙏
Great video. Real muay femur bidness!
Found this channel like 3 days ago and my game has already leveled up big time. Yall are putting out real high quality instruction 💪🏽 appreciate you!
Welcome aboard!
@@KMAAcademy2020 I love to watch you two dudes. The videos are a good vibe, with lots of info and demonstration, and repeated demonstration giving the viewers an opportunity to ingrain the technique before trying it themselves.
This video is understated, and a high level technique to be able to deliver fast and on the fly. Super cool techniques and definitely the deceptive style I like to play with .
Fire 🎉
Appreciate the Gold Nuggets Master Splinter and Young Tito! 🙏
The details are what makes this sport so beautiful, hope to make it down to KMA in the future!
Appreciate you both.
Our pleasure! Ty for the kind words and taking time to watch our content, much more otw 🙏🙏🙌
Been watching your videos, this was the one that made me subscribe. Great teaching style brother. Also, lil man had a great rationale for why he kept his hands on the swing when doing the fake! I always kept mine by my head because it made me feel ready to block. But Tito ain't wrong either. Good stuff!
Thanks for the sub, much more content otw ✅🙏🙌
This is amongst the best internet content I've come across in a while. Both the kid and pops are impressive
Thank you 😊🙏
Nice swag 🔥
🔥🔥🔥
Gemz👀
In a muaythai stance, when u position ur hand such that ur palms face away from ur face, how will that complement punches?
Would it slow down my punches or make my punches more telegraphed?
Trying to gain mire insight and attention to detail, thanks
best muay thai tutorial channel i ever seen in youtube , keep it up 🔥🔥🔥
Wow, thank you! 🙏🙌
Do you have any relation to Aljomain Sterling from the ufc? respectfully bro new subscriber
🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Is your online programming stuff that can be done solo?
Yes we have an assortment of solo drills including , stepping & footwork drills, fundamental bag workouts and more!
Lol. If your adversary hesitate, don't drop your foot. Keep your knee up. When he rushes in, just push kick him.
Parry the teep. Thx for watching
Simple Thai fakes but very effective
Kid is awesome but please teach him better wrist posture he is holding his hands up weirdly u can see his boxing gloves bending differently then his father(how it should bend). His wrists will break
If he wasn’t my son lol
Great instructional!
Glad it was helpful!
