I’ve seen people say that Argus does “mediocre” damage 😭 She’s actually a good DPS at P0 and clears content almost as fast as my Marcus💀She’s a really good sub-dps, with solid damage capabilities when played right :))
her buffs are alot worse than other recent buffers like mercuria, lopera or flutterpage, while the damage she provides as a sub dps is lower than other recent subdps like joe/isolde or even kakania, even though she doesnt provide additional sustain. her buff dmg amp isnt even as good as kakania or isolde
The thing is Argus release is just right behind Lopera, which is almost the same unit as Argus. Lopera offer more, she heals 50% lost hp, have faster ult rotation, AP friendly unit, and more importantly she gives 40% crit rate boost through her ult array, and the excess crit is converted into crit damage. She also give ultimate might and incantation might according to allies position. So yeah Argus got powercreep by Lopera instantly, after her release which is only 1 patch after. Argus is designed specifically for 1 current team which is Rank up (the only optimal team you can place her in) While Lopera usage is a lot more versatile, you can use her in any team due to her ult and flexibility.
