Love what you did to the two benches. The little bench w/the handle looks to me to be what you’d sit on (can’t remember the name, spinning stool?) while on a spinning wheel: enough to sit on yet allowing free movement of arms. I love the bigger bench, in the 70’s I bought a similar one for my sister at an antique/second hand shop. Was lucky to find a similar one for myself a few years later.
Hi Sonnet. I love the picture flip and the little stool with the handle. They tuned out perfect. I have a stool like the one you have. I bought mine years ago when my children were small. Mine has never been painted. I just may do it now. Thank you 😊
I am rarely able to pick a favorite. I like covering the bench with drop cloth. I am doing that to some stools after the cat destroyed them. Hope you have a wonderful week. Everything was so beautiful this week.
I never would've picked up the small bench with the handle. I would've looked at it and thought, what in the world could I do to that to upcycle it. I tell you that to say this, I would've MISSED OUT! I adore the new transfers. This is my first time seeing them. I also admire your creativity. Great Job!!🤍
Wow!! Everything is soo pretty after you add your touch to it! I was amazed at the difference the drop cloth made on the bench!! It went from “… 🥴umm something isn’t quite right” to FABULOUS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Oh my goodness, everything is so beautiful. The picture frames and vases are stunning and the stool, bowls, and bench were very lovely, as well. You are incredibly talented and I enjoy your channel very much. Thank you for sharing your creativity! Blessings! 🌸🦋😊
Great projects! My favorite piece(s) are the vases! They look so much better!! The new fabric on the bench changed the look of it so much! Looking forward to Friday's video!!
I love the vases you did in this video. They are so pretty and even though they are different shapes they look like a set because they are all the same color. Good job!
Sonnet have you ever tried using dark wax or decrepit dust on any of your pieces to add an antiquing look?! I love both dark wax and black wax plus the decrepit dust. They all can add so much aging and patina to your pieces. I also love to shade and add low lights with them as well. I honestly think those products take my pieces to the next level 💯❣️ I think that adding dark wax and/or decrepit dust over the big top or even over clear wax on the matching frames, that you did in the beginning of the video, would have looked amazing 😍 It would have totally tied the tone of the Crinoline paint in with the aging/antique look of the middle of the frame ❤️
I'm a recent new viewer, and I think you are such a joy to watch! FYI ... crinoline (pronounced crin e lynn is a hooped petticoat (usually a shade of white) So I'm thinking this DIY paint color is named for that!
Your videos are great! Is the stool with the handle a “boot” stool? I’ve had one in my booth forever and someone told me it was used for men to put their foot on and tie their boots. Sounds good anyway! I’m snatching mine out and painting it and adding transfers. Those you used have such a variety in the book. Hope to see another video soon!
Sonnet, what forms of electronic transfer do you accept at your site? Loved all your projects but the bench and those new transfers have me chompin' at the bit to do a project with those!!
Why wouldn't you remove the dark fabric first? If I buy something, turn it over and see layers of fabric... i always wonder why people just didn't remove.
The vases did need a make over that dark brown was not doing it...love the stool always been wanting one of those..everything was nice today..I think I would stencil something on that seat...I think I would put a transfer on those bowls...I have seen that done on other videos...since you got that nice book of IODs...keep up the good work those picture frames love those they will sell fast..
Crinoline refers to vintage lady's underskirt. It is not to be pronounced with a long "I'.Your aesthetics are pleasing but use your dictionary occasionally.
Just found you. I love your stuff but would like your videos more if you talked less about what you are doing and going to do and just showed the doing!! Please don’t be offended just offered this opinion in case it might help. Sometimes less is more! :)
I like how the bench looks so much better..with drop cloth. And the 2 bowls!!
I like the bowls for their simplicity. They are also beautiful.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the DROP CLOTH COVERED BENCH....
Just love the vases what a transformation 👍👍👍
I love the little stool with the handel. The IOD transfers are beautiful. I already have one of the booklets to my shopping list. It is my faviorite
Love the bench. It made all the difference just to change the fabric.
Everything is beautiful, but I have to say my favorite project is the frames. The bench is a close second. Love the dropcloth reupholstery.
That green bench is so beautiful!!! Great video!
You did such a beautiful job on all of these upcycles!!❤❤ The frames I think are my favorite but the little stool was adorable!! Tfs Sonnet

The drop cloth on the bench really was beautiful. The two picture frames looked so expensive and lovely. You do wonderful work.

I love everything…The drop cloth change on the bench was a game changer!!!
Beautiful vases! Love your bench too!

Love those painted white bowls too!
I absolutely love those new transfers!!
Thank you Sonnet for the inspiration!!! Beautifully done 😊
The drop cloth on the bench makes the green of the wood look so much better. I love what you did to the little stool with the handle.
Leaving the handle on the stool was the right decision and the colors and transfers make it so sweet!
They are all my favorites.
They are all awesome. Can't pick one. Great job.
I love the picture frames and those inserts...definitely a winner!!
Love those pictures and frames! ❤

Really loved everything, but the cycle up on your pottery was a great choice. I'm a sucker for benches, so that was probably my favorite.
Love the bench .
Ooh I loved every project! And thank you for thoroughly showing and explaining each step! Can't wait till your next video! Have a blessed week!
The bench was fabulous! Loved how you recovered it too!

Love everything!!!! Absolutely gorgeous!!! That bench is stunning!
I love the vases you did in this video. They are so pretty and even though they are different shapes they look like a set because they are all the same color. Good job!
Hi Sonnet! I think you vastly improved the look of those vases.
Just found your channel and I really love everything you did especially the bench. Great job!👏🏼
This vid was so pertinent to what I’m working on now, 😊 thanks!
Hi Sonnet. Love how the pieces of pottery turned out. That dark wax did the trick. Love the new seat cover on the bench too. Great projects!
Loved all items
The vases were my favorite they would look good sitting near the bench
Thank you Margie!! ❤️ They match perfect! I found a basket that I’m going to set on the bench and set the vases on that with some greenery.
Love everything!

The bench was my favorite, But I also love the frames and the vases. Everything you do is always amazing, Sonnet! And I also love the new transfers
I told myself no ordering until you finish the Broncante! Only a couple more pages and then I can order the Whispering Willow!! 😍
Love it all!☺️
I like all of these. I love thrift flips. I'm a new subscriber.
The bench would be nice with a stamp design by IOD. It’s still beautiful.
❤️❤️❤️beautiful!!
Really nice stuff
I love the bench and it is so unique! Tfs ❤
Picture frames😍
When I first saw the upholstery on that bench I thought, “ooh not a fan”. But you nailed it with the drop cloth. My favorite.

I just bought a little long handled stool like yours
I can’t wait to see what you do with it!!
New sub here. Sold me on the first video. Loved how they all turned out!
Much love from Kentucky ❤
Love all the projects...where is your booth?
Love them all!! Did you make your mantel? It’s perfect🌻

Is the TopCoat really that shiny? Never used but thought about trying. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you beautiful 😇
Thank you Judy!! ❤️

Thank you Robin! ❤️ Any credit cards are accepted. I’m loving that new transfer!!
Sonnet, do you wipe back the clear wax before you add the dark wax?
Where can you get the transfers from?
Have you ever tried IOD transfers on a wall??
Why wouldn't you remove the dark fabric first? If I buy something, turn it over and see layers of fabric... i always wonder why people just didn't remove.

muy basicas y viejas tecnicas. a aprender cosas nuevas
