    Wendy, I saw that vedio I did use Tigger tail and I still had issues with crimping . But I will try again. 🙂

    I like your style!! Especially doing the memory wire instead of doing a 20 guage wire. How much easier.

    You keep referring your pliers as round nose but they look more like needle nose pliers, I'm confused.
    I love how that came out, so pretty.

    • @thisbeadedlife
      @thisbeadedlife  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, they do look that way but they are round nose pliers. They are made by Xuron

    Beads are not hanging right, memory wire not working.

    • @thisbeadedlife
      @thisbeadedlife  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are hanging just like I wanted them to. The memory wire worked great 😃

    Those leaves looked so good with the other beads, but I agree, they just weren't working here. Your flower focal (which was absolutely beautiful and very well-proportioned) could be replaced by a staggered tassel of chain with the leaves as dangles, and I guess you'd need a cone (or a little acetate flower!) to cover where they would all meet. They were just so perfect with the rest of the beads there's got to be something brilliant to bring them together. My mind is whirring! Thanks for the inspiration. This is very pretty. (And as to whoever said to do the crimps that way because it was the "right" way, well, I'm going to have to disagree. Was this on facebook or something? I'll keep doing them the way every highly acclaimed jewelry artist, AND the tool's manufacturer, says they should be done. That said, historically, new inventions have come from someone who says "what if we try it this way?" So, it boils down to "you do you". And I haven't seen the hype but if they actually said their way was the "right" way, I'd have to say "Your way is just that, the way that this tool/technique/fill-in-the-blank works for you." I'd also want to see their street cred. Just sayin'.

    That’s true about the aluminum foil, Wendy.
