I wanted to know what happens if I make some bubbles when it's cold outside. It's pretty amazing. If you don't catch them, they just lie on the ground. Filmed in Luosto, Finland.

So here's what happened: If you touch it, it melts immediately as it is such a thin layer of frozen soap. It just collapses.
The goldfish in my pond freeze every year. You can see them stuck in time. They survive it every year somehow. It's a small pond with 10 fish. Been like this for 20 years!!!
Amazing, I live in Texas and I have only ever seen snow twice in my life. Both barely half an inch. The coldest temperature I have ever experienced is around 25°F

No, no you don't. I live in a place where it gets that cold and I can tell you that it gets old fast. You find your self remembering the good old days when it's a balmy 20 above.
Like.. -26 degrees Celsius????? The temperature here in ph rarely goes below 5 degrees celsius. ( its normal on mountains ) . But in some areas, the temperature normally goes 7 - 6 degrees and frost regularly occurs.

Here in Finland temperature varies between +95 and -58 Fahrenheit, that makes it fun when you get all seasons.
Here in Tennessee, the only seasons we get are Summer and fall.

But how did you make this if it freezing at such higher rate then where have you put the soap solution?
Mass vs exposed surface area; the soap solution has much less surface area for it's mass to transfer heat than the bubbles do.
