QB’s really struggled today
Holy shit the Qb play is bad. How you’re overthrowing a 6’7 and 6’3 guy is beyond me
I only counted 2 really bad throws for the whole video. And for this being the first time throwing to these guys that isn’t awful. One of the over throws there was a flag thrown for holding and another was just bad deep ball tracking by the receiver. I’d give the QBs like a B- just based on the video alone
@@nb2078there’s been quite a few bad throws and even ground balls on the network coverage. Not sure who’s been throwing them
That’s what I was saying I came to look at Legette film after Carolina drafted him. Dude didn’t get one good throw

Yeah the timing isn’t there, especially on the deep stuff, which is par for the course for these all star games, especially early on. It’s less lack of ability than lack of chemistry and repetition with teammates.

Andru Phillips is my Fav. He definitely progressed as the senior bowl practices continued.
Really put himself on our radar in Mobile. Think he's going to be drafted earlier than most of us anticipate.

Looks awkward in and out of his brakes and relies way to much on that double pump hip action, has all the physical tools but he’s raw.

The Qb was not in sync with him at all. I blame the Qb more than the reciever in this instance

DJJames is a fluid mover and sticky in coverage. Not the biggest guy tho. Haven’t studied him closely but will now. The other Auburn corner looked pretty good too.

Man coverage is the area he needs to work on the most but he made some adjustments and got better throughout the week.
@@cpgmNFLDraft Im a U you fan so I know his man coverage has always been a tool he could work on usually cause his roaming instincs takeover. But I love his game and as well as James Williams wich im not happy that the camp is switching him to lb but I understand in Nickel Sub packages thats where he can make his money which in reality he's still gonna see some coverage. I personally feel he can play saftey in this leauge
@@noooope4445 CPGM Juice is our resident U fan, got a nice film breakdown of Kam on the channel. You're absolutely right about James Williams, sub package nickel linebacker and special teams is how he'll get paid. Would agree that he can play safety but do think there's some schematic limitations with him. Instincts, instincts, instincts... gotta have them at LB and S and just don't see it with him often enough.

When you are watching DL.....try seeing what you think of: Gabe Hall, Braden Fiske, Jordan Jefferson, McKinley Jackson and Dwayne Carter. Bills need a couple of DLineman and this 5 caught my eye in Day 1 practices.
Jordan Jefferson absolutely jumped off the screen today. And that’s a guy I knew virtually nothing about. I’m familiar with LSU’s Wingo and Smith. But Jefferson impressed. Explosive off the ball, twitchy, and relentless.
I'm watching them now, and that video will go up late tonight or early tomorrow. We will have some thoughts tomorrow am before the practice starts.
@@joeynickles7962 jordan jefferson is definitely the most physically impressive guy from that lsu d line. i tried to look out for him all season in their games but he got so few snaps and seemed to get stuck up in blocks and just looked a lil lazy honestly. maybe if hes a great tester and performs well in the rest of the process then he could be a fun guy to look out for next year in the pros

I really think some team should consider converting Johnny Wilson to TE similar to what the Raiders did with Darren Waller. He'd make a hell of a TE.
Could work. Can they get him to play more physically. Way too much finesse to his game at this point for someone with that frame.
@@joeynickles7962 I don't know but agree. However, as a pass catching TE he might have better chance of getting wide open against a LB or SS than a CB. Who knows. I really expect more from a guy that size and supposedly as fast as he is.
They looked like the "B" team on D. Not many good DB reps. Legette had a B- day too. I'm hoping for a better showing by all tomorrow. It looked like a lotta guys trying to get the rust off.
Legette needs a lot of work on his routes. Raw. Expect a significant learning curve. Dude out there throwing out random ass head fakes and shoulder shakes in the middle of his stem lol

Legette was much better today. I was a little worried too after that first day. Still a ton to work on but you some flashes in his routes and he caught it pretty well.
If the QBs were more accurate on Day 1 think the narrative is very different on Legette but to your point separation is an area he'll need to improve in. Certainly did on day 2.
