Hi Marcin, i work with prefab design of biomass burning cookstoves for rural areas here in Mexico. Now we are working with adaptation of TLUD gasifier stoves for cooking and household energy and biochar production from pellets and wood sticks (biomass),it can be pretty more efficient than regular combustion and can be adapted for household heating and long lasting, via radiation like used in rocket mass heaters. Also you can use the natural draft effect (suction by pressure differences in the height of a chimney) used widely in stove design instead of the electric fan (natural draft can be powerful in high chimney 2m or more). It would be much more simpler with a few parts or without mechanical electric parts that require maintenance or replacement and gasification rate heat can be controlled with air inlets. Few CO2 production.
I'm all for options, and this is a good option for good temperature regulation, but wouldn't a rocket mass heater be a lot more space and fuel efficient? Self sufficient access to fuel? You've gotta buy pellets, (I'm sure you'll have a way to make them) but that's an extra step and it only burns pellets. A well designed rocket stove can burn anything, you can even get it hot enough to burn plastics environmentally friendly. You can put your mass deep in the floor with a secondary pipe running through it with a fan on a temp regulator to regulate your temperature better. (I'm spit balling here, idk why it wouldn't work though...)
Marcin, I assume the blower is electric; what is the wattage for that? if it is ~100 watts, then won't the 100 Watt TEG be not sufficient to power the stove AND super efficient lights and fridge?

Can we make a rocket stove to require as least maintainance as possible? For example, 1 charge per week or less?

The position of grate inside the inner tube is not defined. Please clearify this position.
This is way different from my pellet stove what you have is a converted boiler.
