I came to bring a little context in case you don't know about their past. RP/Lore. Years ago cellbit and TazerCraft, together with other friends created a series called: "Fuga Impossível" (Impossible Escape) where they were trapped in alcatraz. In this series, Cell forced Pac and Mike to enter into an alliance. There were betrayals on both sides and Cell killed one of their friends to take his place on the escape boat. Cell also cut off and ate one of Pac's legs and now he wears a prosthetic instead (this was canonized by both of them after the QSMP started). Pac and Mike eventually managed to escape without him, leaving him on a deserted island, but he escaped from there alone. After meeting again, Cellbit promised them that this side had died and would not return. So while Pac sees Cellbit as his family he also sees "Cell" as his worst nightmare, that's why he's so afraid. He hasn't told anyone about his leg yet because he can't talk about it without panicking. However, Cellbit, months ago, told Richas and he told Foolish about it. The story still has many details, but this helps to understand Pac's fear.
