I am a fan of Yanni since 1997. I remember how Charlie played his drums in the concert at Acropolis. Since then I became a fan of Charlie Adams too. Long live Yanni and his team.

Charlie Adams is one of the most under rated drummers I've ever heard. He is a "Buddy Rich" technician and his drum rolls are some of the most crisp in music. Thanks Charlie and Yanni for "Live At The Acropolis" ...and for Karen Briggs too. Amazing Music history!

I absolutely love how Yanni is in touch with every aspect of the artistry that makes his music an experience. Yanni is who I think of as master class.
Went to the Clearwater concert 4-24-18 I did not know what Charlie does is even humanly possible. He is incredible and the concert was off the charts.
Charlie is not only a GREAT musician but also very humble and nice guy! Which is a rare combination in the music business, my son Chris Osborne was lucky enough to be one of Charlie’s students, such an awesome teacher! Best wishes and thanks again Charlie!!!

I saw your orchestra when you came to Puerto Rico in 2013. Charlie Adams is in the good sense a maniac musician or a beast if you prefer. He is very impresive. Love your music Yanni.

My introduction to a real drummer in the 90s when there was no internet. I remember vividly Charlie brought the house down on the marching season solo while I watched it on TV with my jaw dropped.

I know it's too soon. But, the best drummer in history just passed away; Long live Neil Peart and RUSH! Charlie is now in my top 5. Ive seen you boys in concert many times.....Marching season is such an incredible song. I know your history and I know that song wrote itself! Charles, is a master of....13/16 time. Marching season is IMO the best technical piece of music ever written/performed!

Back in the early 90s on a small black and white television on public television i watched live at the acropolis i fell in love with this duo with standing in motion. Such talent.
This drummer is just amazing. He inspires me everyday to keep playing in band and to help out my percussion group. Thank you Mr. Adams! Hats off!!!

I love these one on one's with Yanni. Highlighting each of the musicians' talents is a great way for us to see and get to know them on a more personal level.
Not sure what it was about today, but for some reason decided to look up Karen Briggs on twitter, started tearing up... One of those moments where it really hits you how your music has impacted m throughout my life. I'm 38 now, still remember it like it was yesterday seeing Live at the Acropolis on PBS then sitting there on repeat dial trying to get tickets when you came to Minnesota. Through ups and downs through all these years, still coming back to your music. Then seeing this video on how you two have known each for so long. I think there's a whole generation of us out there that got exposed to your music by our parents when we were kids, and you've been there along the way. Just wanted to say thank you! and hope to be able to see you live again.
