I can't believe Ryan had a 1 on 1 interview with Lee soo man, the owner of SM ent. Usually if you apply for work in SM you only get to be interviewed by staffs or managers and not the CEO himself. He could have been a big artist in Korea but still chose the Philippines over them. 🥰

Ryan decided wisely, he chose Phil Entertainment where he already established his career than to undergo 5 years of training and waiting to debut in Korea, plus he needs to undergo military service too.. He knows as well how different the pressures and competition of k-entertainment industry compared dito sa Pinas, Chanty of Lapillus also shared that sa Korea trabaho talaga sa Pinas medyo chill lang ang environment ng entertainment industry dito.. Kahit Si Dasuri Choi mentioned parang laging competition dun.
