Money invested in DHFL by middle class people, their hard earned retirement funds and savings for the want of 0.5 interest rate more than the then bank rate. Looks beautiful but isn’t 1200 sqft small for a 3BHK ? Is that the correct size ?
For Mumbai that is a kings palace. I live in a 2 BHK of 560sqft 🤣 and that too in the last suburb of Mumbai, Borivali still costs around 1.75cr in today’s price. This flat in south Mumbai considering the rates will go anywhere from 11-15cr depending on the floor and flat you buy and of course the view.
I can see Tom Cruise hanging on one of these Buildings in one of his upcoming movies. :p :p

We should create more commercial properties in Mumbai rather than residential. Such a lacklustre and unimpressive building design. The city would turn into a monolith with brutalist architecture reminding people of the 60s we need towers with unique designs if they can’t be made above a certain height we should at least make them look standout and modern.

There are other projects by them not so flashy but 7-10 storey buildings in suburb. Also Mumbai is no longer a city for just the middle class. You’re either rich/upper middle class or dirt poor in slums.
If you’re in slums you are just a vote bank of politicians who would promise you of better housing but the house alotted would be outside city limits about 60km away from south Mumbai. Which is why people don’t move out of slums. They prefer to live in the stink rather than take a 2 hour train each way and travel to their workplace in south Bombay.
@@karanshah5604 slum ppl would never want to improve their standard. Even after getting house in SRA they would rent them and go in another slum of city. I reside in chembur which is hub of slums. Ppl have opened their shops in the house they stay in. Now for redevelopment they also ask for extra shop area. This is where the project gets stuck.

In Navi mumbai and mumbai....Increased illegal internal extra space work and construction at Gallery, Windows, rooms and flats in buildings. So,Skyscraper, society's and buildings seems ugly and unsafe. Lots of new building are risky and dirty.No rules follow by public and govt.Mumbai never compare to foreign city. Observe it. Save architecture and construction design. Make a rules for that. Peoples try to increase Windows, Gallery at rooms and flats in buildings. Stop it.

@@mausenpai215 no you can get one for 1-1.1cr in borivali or dahisar the last suburbs of west Mumbai. Or 75-95L in vikhroli the last suburb of central line in Mumbai. There are other unappealing suburbs like chembur close to south Bombay with same rates. However, they stink 24/7 due to presence of industrial and fertiliser township in the vicinity.
@@karanshah5604 only chembur camp and mahul village is close to RCF industry. In rest area it it not that severe. Also chembur been in center it is convenient to travel to South mumbai, navi mumbai, thane or West suburbs. You can get 2bhk in non prime location for 1.5 crs in chembur.

The question is if I get on to the balcony, am I going to see miles and miles of slums and/or ugly chaotic street scenes? Then comes all the honking which is total noise pollution that totally spoils sitting outside and having a mimosa, not to mention health hazards. That is not a view i or anyone who pays good amount of moneys would want.
South Bombay don't have slums dumb.
@@mausenpai215 lol…south Bombay has slums too …mahalaxmi itself has slums. No one is buying expensive apartments if they have to step out and see slums. Plus slums are a security risk - any one can hide in these slums after committing crime. In high end areas not even a single slum settlement has to be there plus we need ultra modern, very clean infrastructure in the neighborhood to buy and live. Just the towers alone won’t be inviting. The whole neighborhood or zone has to be world class.

The buildings near slums are cheap, this is luxury project they often build in posh areas.

Urban infrastructure must increase to world class standards for people to buy and move into pricey apartments. Everything in that neighborhood including security must be world class. Unfortunately the neighborhood this building is is not world class and therefore they cannot get discerning buyers. The reality is Mumbai’s urban infrastructure is lagging behind several Asian cities. For Mumbai to become a serious global,real estate destination the urban infrastructure must become world class too. Else forget about it.

I am not like or support this type expensive projects because because only of little bit peoples can afford this type expensive expensive homes and when no one else can buy your product how can you say your product is successful, specially in Mumbai type City we need affordable and long life structure. Not a building of glass.
There are people who will buy this. Just like Rolex and luxury brands has buyers in India. It is all business in the end. They saw the demand for premium real estate is rising as wealthy people are moving to Mumbai. That’s why they made this project. It’s business sense at best. There is no affordable housing in Mumbai left. The only affordable housing is in Navi Mumbai. Which is again expensive by Indian standards.
