Hi Rob, just came across your video and looking to make some of my own. Can you advise how long this would keep for and whether it is shelf stable. Does it need to be refrigerated?
Welcome! I always keep it refrigerated and have had it on hand for as long as three(ish) months. There's really nothing in it to spoil and reduce its shelf life though I've noticed that over time it becomes slightly thicker in consistency. Honestly, it's so good I use it up quickly so it never sits around for too long! Cheers :)
