Disclaimer I got the recipe from another TH-camr her channel is called BeScented. I am not a professional!
92% Distilled Water
2% Polysorbate 20
5% Fragrance Oil
1% Preservative (I used Germall Plus)
You just calculate the percentages with how much you're making, I use ounces. I make my own labels and list each ingredient on each product.

Thank you Mani for showing us your recipe. How did you calculate the ml. amounts for the fragrance, the polysorbate and the preservative per batch you made? Did you calculate yourself or did you download the ingredient directions from a website? Also where did you get your labels? and did you create your own labels with the description of the ingredients and how to use the spray directions?

Hi ya ! If they take 2 ounces each . And the % how many ounces per ingredient do you use ? So 92% distilled water , how many ounces would that be ? I hope to god that makes sense x

Same recipe just change the percentages into ml instead of oz.

Hi! Girl I have been using this recipe forever! I started making sprays but got a little discouraged bc they have sediment at the bottom. I don’t care if they’re slightly cloudy but the sediment at the bottom bothers me. Maybe I’m using too much polysorbate or something? Any suggestions? Thanks for the recipe!
Hi! I'm not sure love maybe too much or not enough of the poly 20. Different fragrance oils may require a tad more. It's always best to put on labels to shake before every use. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Hello dear. About to start my home fragrance business which is scented candle and linen spray. I wanted to know for how long does it last. Also is the mixture always clear or sometimes it turns milky? If it’s milky , how can it be made clear
Hawa Yusif in my experience, peppermint turns out always milky while others turn out clear.. Actually I add alcohol too because if you don’t, when you spray it to linen it feels so wet and if you spray it into the air, it’s so heavy and immediately falls down to the floor leaving you with a sticky floor..

Hawa Yusif rubbing alcohol is ok i guess.. maybe try 5% FO, 5% Polysorbate 20, 30% Alcohol, 60% Distilled Water

Stupid question here but how do you figure out how much to put if each product using the scale?
Not sure exactly what you're asking love. But if you're referring to the amount of product that goes in each bottle it depends on what sizes bottles you get. Those are 2oz bottles I was using so I made sure each had at least 2 oz in each. Hope this helps, if not don't hesitate to reply back.

Can you use the frangrance oil that you make candles with?
Some fragrance oils that ppl use to make candles are also skin safe to make soap and etc. I'd recommend those personally.

The percentages are in the description box. Turn them into decimals by moving it 2x to the left then multiply by the number of ounces you're making to get the oz of each ingredient.
How do you get your product to be clear. When I made some in the past, it was cloudy.

What are the measurements for each ingredients please
The recipe is in the description!
The list of ingredients are listed by percentages. How do you figure out how many ounces of each ingredient. I will be using 2 ounce bottles as well.
You have to calculate the percentages by the total amount of ounces you plan on making. Change the percentages to decimals then multiply that by the total amount of ounces you'll be making.

Can I use coloring
I use to color mine with mica but it would eventually settle down at the bottom so I stopped. I never tried liquid colorant tho.

Are these safe to use on body
Some of my customers use them on their skin or as perfumes rather than room spray lol. The ingredients are skin safe.

What size labels do you use?
At that time I was using sticker paper to make my labels and can't remember the exact size. But for whatever size bottles you have like 2oz bottles, you can google how to find the right size labels for the bottle.

Hello! I wash them in warm water with antibacterial soap, then once they dry I give them a quick spray with alcohol.

Hello, these specific labels I made on Microsoft Word back then and just printed then on label paper. Now I use Canva to create labels and Avery to print them.

It has a preservative so it should be ok for about 6 months. Sometimes they do come out cloudy, sometimes clear depending on the fragrance oil. I've researched how to make it clear and tried different things, it doesn't work for me! But good luck to you!
