How did you become chairman of a company after 16 years of addiction? Did you have a degree beforehand and just messed up but got your stuff together? Because we all know they don’t just give jobs like that to people with real jacked up backgrounds unless your hunter biden or someone like him whose family is in a position to help?
@@diallogazali7538 Nope, no degree. I just worked my ass off when i got clean at my former job. 100-180 hours each 14 day. And when i got released because of corona i was searching for a new job. The day my son was born i posted a picture of me and him with a text about how great life is. And out of nowhere the boss of my firm called me and offered this job if i would take a apprentice job for 2 years and deliver results ofcourse. So i did :) Luck maybe, and alot of hard word and dedication. Arrive before people in the morning and leaving as the last for almost everyday until i received my position :) I have always been hungry for a life without the need of thinking about money and just to buy what i want. But my addiction started young so i lost my dream but it never died.. And when i finally got clean as a 30 year old man i was so ready to just smash everything, all that energy and motivation you have when you dont have to hunt drugs everyday is the best thing in life. I love being clean, that's the biggest achivement in my life. Keep smiling and grind, stay positive and be kind to other people and then one day, things will come your way. It's the law of the universe :)
@@diallogazali7538 well i just worked my ass off and used some of that addict skill finesse into real life working instead of hustling on the streets + a lot of luck ofc. Getting to know the right people who could see my potential, every assignment i took or got at work i took the lead and was the one meeting in the morning before everybody else and leaving as the last one for over a year until i got my shot one day and got promoted :) Worked my way up without a degree.

I made the biggest decision to pursue my dream 2 years ago. I quit my high paying job but along the years I got into several failures, got cheated, got scammed, and I got into huge debt. I get to the point where i now understand why people choose to end their life to escape problems. BUT it’s not ever yet for me. It will never be over until the end. I will become successful or die trying. When you are pursuing your dream, it’s tough, lonely, frightening sometimes. You need to find that courage deep within you to pick yourself up to continue despite all the failures. There is no time to be afraid, to doubt, to be lazy. If you have time, struggle and try once more. Try again once more until you finally find your way back to the path to success. I know I will be successful. I wish you all the best, brothers.

Yesterday i stop my boss and i told her thank you for the support shes been givin in givin me another chance and that im grateful for her and 3 other employees theyl drop me at the bus stop, i will asked them for a dollar to catch the bus.. So i got a car i didbt told them they saw me. Its cause im very humble that i dont like being loud

I spent the first 18 years of my life trying to blend in and do what others did and wear what others wore and tried to be like others. Finally, at 18 I smoked weed for the first time and I realized I'm not like other people and I don't want to be like other people and I don't want to blend in. I want to stand out like a sore thumb. Have been ever since. It has made life so much better. There are only a couple people in the world who's opinion of me matters, but I'm still me anyways. Being unapologetically me and cutting all news out of my life has had great effects on my life.
