Ingredients:
3 Cup rice
3 tbsp Ghee
1 Cinnamon stick
1 Star Anise
3 Cardamon
4 cloves
1 Bay leaf
1 onion slice
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (optional)
2 pandan leaf
1 red chilli
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
4 Cup water
For Ganish:
10-12pc Cashews nuts
7-8 Raisins
Half of slice onion
Some Coriander leaves
