Garrett - thanks for the great content as always! As Chris Kirkpatrick said on my show, actualize your potential future net worth with a portfolio of life insurance (convertible term + whole life). Over time, you'll convert the term to whole life, thereby locking in your potential future net worth on a guaranteed basis. I would always say, proper order of operations: first secure your full human life value with convertible term. Then convert it over time to whole life, thus locking in your net worth and (over time), making it liquid and accessible via the cash value.

Yes. Totally agree. Economic value secured first. Term that is convertible. Then when cash flow can support it, convert to whole life.

hello, new agent here. what is meant by cash flow? since it is term insurance where does that cash come from? thanks for the help and i hope you see this comment.

@@boiledegg-h1c Generically, cashflow simply means how much money is flowing into vs. out of your personal economy every month. I'm not sure exactly what the question is getting at, though. Using whole life can greatly optimize your cashflow, but not sure how term insurance would play into the question you're asking.

I am a life insurance guy in Canada. I would love to have your spread sheet in order to understand W/L and U/L. Is it possible?

How much is the interest when we borrow the money from our policy

Depends on the dividend you are earning. Or the company you are with. 5-8 percent.

@GarrettGundersonTV thank you. Do you do consulting with us, or have anyone from your team do? We are exploring some options on how to use our money. Buy a house with it or take a loan? So many things to consider....

I don't know that we share the same philosophy. But maybe a healthy debate. I don't watch his content but have heard things that I don't subscribe to. Would be best to hear from him on it rather than through rumor.

@@GarrettGundersonTV I saw! I watched the shows that y'all did together. I think my favorite part of y'all's collab was watching y'all pick apart Doug Andrew's IUL video.
