Treasury yields and other safe cash-like investments are raising high returns, yet most investors believe this is a good time to buy stocks than gold despite crash. I'd love to spread across $400k into profit yielding dividend equities and end the year well, but unsure of which to get acquire.

Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.

It's a common misconception that when a stock you buy skyrockets, the smart thing to do is sell it (or at least sell some of it) to lock in your profits. But the context matters. If the stock has increased sharply because the business is performing exceptionally well, it could still be a bargain. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...

I think the next big thing will be A.I. For enduring growth akin to META, it's vital to avoid impulsive decisions driven by short-term fluctuations. Prioritize patience and a long-term perspective most importantly consider financial advisory for informed buying and selling decisions.

Many people minimise the importance of advisers until their own feelings get in the way. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced consultants and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.

It is very surprising that Akshay is recommending Spicejet. It is a big no no for 2 reason-
    1. Bad experience as a SpiceJet customer as they used unethical practices in refund and travel booking especially when they are performing badly. It tells a lot about the ethos of the company. There are so many customer horror stories of Spicejet.
    2. The number of turnaround Spicejet has faced highlights the operation and management of the organisation remains questionable.

This is the comment I was looking for. Spicejet is living hand to mouth. Court cases galore. Public doesn't trust them. In last about 50 fls I didn't select it even once. How can they expand? They have no money. They are on right side of present govt, have helped them repeatedly on AI sale and on UDAN fls. Askshay, it's wrong to say Spice applied to own Go, owner did on personal capacity. Govt has helped them again and again. Country needs them but they have let everyone down. I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.
If one decides to buy an aviation stock, Indigo is only choice and it can be a multibagger, starting long flts soon. Running efficiency very high, finances very sound, emploees paid on dot. Akasa is also messing up. Spice won't survive a day if govt changes.

AC2 T Rail tickets may look similar to air tickets . But Airports come with so many extra costs. The Airports are very far away from the cities. Going there is usually a premium . Parking is exorbitant Uber / Ola etc charge extra for entry into Airports If you go Hyderabd to Bangalore by Flight. The To-fro to airport is costlier than the ticket

They get orders worth 120-150 crs normally out of which they profit margins are roughly 6%. Their profit after tax last financial year was around 1500 cr and they are currently trading at a market cap of 1.3 lakh crores. I own the stock, but this is a crazy valuation that can't be justified even if their orders grew exponentially. Even with the industry expanding and government making significant investment, it is far from being fairly valued.

Don't ever trust an MBA, specially someone who is from a consultancy firm background. These people can only do gol gol ghumana and jargons and useless fillers such as "so to say", "from xyz perspective" etc. He says "I will teach you", "Help you understand", like he is super intelligent and we don't understand anything!! Let me tell you, this guy used to work at BCG and this BCG was contracted by Delhi Govt in Delhi Skill & Entrepreneurship University to manage some of their works. BCG staff (most of them MBAs) used to roam around in neat clothes and arrange zoom meetings all the time, BUT NEVER SOLVED ANY PROBLEM, rather left the University in more mess than it began with. NEVER EVER TRUST A CONSULTANT and MBA.

Not the same way as it has but I don't think it'll fall anytime soon. IMO. Railways and infra maybe yeah could go down. Just my views open to counter arguments

Hi missed the most imp point spicejet owner has left the company and the business has been sold to another company for 600... Crores now it'll be having a majority stake and it'll delist and relist itself again meanwhile all the existing shareholders who'll have shares of spicejet will get in ratio 1:100 meaning if you have 100shares your 99shares are lost and you'll get only 1 share

Sir, Airlines has grown, no doubt. Spicejet is totally different story. Maran moving out & Ajay coming in during the present dispensation. Their flights have issues, court cases pending & with Air- India coming into the picture, the competition has stiffened. Air- India has got some management issues, which if sorted out, will be a great company & will come out with an IPO. These companies can prosper only if they form a cartel. Most of the flights are aging & foreign routes are unprofitable. Your views. Thanks & regards

Nice video. Not a criticism, I enjoy your insights. I tend to think prices could go higher if XAI28K rockets. But understand the logic for sandbagging estimates. My opinion is XAI28K breaks 1, perhaps reaches 10 ATH, if conditions are right. But broader forces are at play now. We’re moving into really unknown territory. And these entities are shrewd. I think there’s massive manipulation ahead. If XAI28K survives that, well, we’re likely in for a good pump. But it won’t be smooth sailing getting there. Stay strong...

Your logic is sound, regarding growth of sector, but I am looking for an index fund in all of travel and tourism. It would be great to have airlines, hospitality, travel portals, luggage, F&B etc. all in one place.
I am sure this sector will grow phenomenally. Also, there is absolutely nil representation of any of these companies in NIFTY 50 as of now. Please advise how to invest to benefit from this sunrise sector.
