Noel is a great natural story teller.
I’ll be honest as far as PR goes, Noel and Liam have both now revived their solo careers and are doing well individually from completely different angles. Liam seems to focus on his story and comes across as intelligent, well spoken, humble, down to earth, and less confrontational. Whereas Liam just acts liked a drugged up, anxious, un articulate, sweaty and pissed off at everything. Each to their own I guess, just funny how their publicists must be locked in a Cold War, but they’re probably just like that anyway.

Agreed. I could listen to him talk for hours (which is what I've been doing for 2 weeks now). Binge watching interviews of the brothers.

@@abcxyz53 Didn't know that, didn't notice it, don't care about no surgeries. I don't see why he'd be a sellout, but opinions do change, Liam grew on me, but all I've seen of him showed me disinterest, a massive ego and/or mental issues and eyes of a hard core drug abuser, I've seen quite a few, you can't miss it. Still, don't mind either of them these days. Their lives, their problems, we all got them.

Gerard Butler is 6’2” and he towered over Noel when they greeted each other.
@RepublicIcon Yeah the chemistry among the guests wasn't quite there. Mr. Butler was fairly friendly and affable but everyone else was pretty stand offish. Noel can be a bit abrasive and the Dr. Who chick looked like she wasn't having much fun alot of the time. You could see her just sitting looked bored for a good bit of the episode.

If Butler were a decent actor, he would know how to identify a king. It's one of the very handy devices you learn in theatre. High status is not identified by a crown, it's identified by the behaviour of the people who _aren't_ the king. The king walks on stage or into the shot and he could be wearing budgie smugglers a corndog in his gob, everyone will bow. Not just monarchs, any high status figure. Paulie Cicero in Goodfellas. Henry says what? Paulie doesn't move. Everyone else does.
His story is genuinely funny, but this is kinda offensive to me because I am a Pacific Islander and this feeds the common misconception of how the "western world", or "the 1st world civilizations", or "developed nations" view the people of the South Pacific, as indirectly inferior cultures. Yes we are not the most socially structured, or economically productive, or technologically advanced group of nations, but don't take advantage of us, cause we are many a times.
This is an informative comment, prompted by thought.
I understand. However: mentioning that he probably watches too much Scooby Doo makes that the joke is on himself (not others) and his own childish ignorance. I think Noel is intelligent enough to realise that.

I don't know Noel, but he clearly has a dry sense of humour so I think he may have been satirizing stereotypes.
