@@lovefirst6157 I describe them a bit in the description on the LUT page. I would say 1 & 3 are pretty similar except the 1 definitely shifts more into the teal/green while 3 is a bit more magenta. I've essentially adjusted the hue shift on #1 to introduce a nice color contrast between teals and oranges, but not in the same way you see a lot of the teal and orange LUTS that are sold. #2 requires a bit of manipulation and works better on properly exposed or underexposed images, it doesn't like overexposed images. Keep up the great cinematography I am looking forward to purchasing your Luts one day. A fan from London Uk
I have a four year plan
Half of that is right haha! The gx85 does only shoot 8 bit in 4k like you said, but the 85 model (specific to North America) has no recording time limit. The 80 model (Euro) maxes out at 30mins. You got a heck of a plan with a great lineup, thank you so much for the love my friend!
@@SpencerWhiteman Maybe I should get the north American version and get it posted to London
@@ruff1draft I've seen others that have done that. Yout won't be able to shoot in 25fps or 50fps, since the NA version only supports 60 fps and 30, 24fps.
@@SpencerWhiteman I wonder if my "hacked" gx80 can shoot without 30min limit? I just wanted to be able to get that 4k30p video out of it so I ditched 25/50p completely. And if I wanna go back to "PAL" the camera will reset everything.. Well, I can always shoot 24p if I need that 1/50 to handle 50hz lights. Nice try, Panasonic...
@@noisefekt When you say hacked, what exactly do you mean? Can you switch between PAL and NTSC on the GX80?
ho Spencer, what recorder are u using?
i mean microphone
How is the audio so clear .. when I r vlogging with gx85.. I am watching your videos just I have the same camera
Hey man! I was using a Tascam DR10L to record audio, I was not using my GX85 mic, only used it for scratch audio so I could sync my Tascam to it in post.
Can I use the ronin S with a Panasonic lumix gx80?
Haha yes that is what this video is. The GX80 is the same exact camera physically, but has different frequency settings in the software since it's the EU model.
Making me wanna get a gx85 as a b cam for my g80 XD
May be I should get a gh4 + gx80 haha
what is the name of that nd filter mount?
I have a question.Did you use tilt shift on the gx 85?
Are you referring to a tilt shift lens to achieve shallow DOF?
@@SpencerWhiteman No,the miniature option.
@@dandanu2526 Oh I see, I didn't use any creative mode on the GX85.
😃 This is an excellent pairing, Spencer; I love it!
Now that what I am talking about. Great stuff as always
Thank you so much for the continued support brother!
@@SpencerWhiteman I am also thinking of buying your dekko luts for my panasonic g85. How would you describe it to me.
I'd suggest pulling down the midtone curve a bit in your coloring software if you're blowing out your image with #2.
Today there is very small gimbals for this, which is better.
bro your color is like hollywood
Haha thank you so much my brother!!
thank you for the video. its always a pleasure to watch your video. cheers
You are the man, thanks so much!
BRO! You skate too?!
Haha yessir! I used to skate a lot growing up but haven’t really skated in the last few years. I’ll hop on my board every now and then and will cruise around 👍
I knew GX85 would be a great camera, no regrets! :)
I bought GX85 only because of the IBIS. If I had a chance to use gimbal, I would rather go for a6400
Sure! This is probably the one of the sole reasons for me purchasing the GX85 as well. Also, it's a lot more inexpensive than the A6400.
@@SpencerWhiteman true about the price. I wish panasonic would show the world some kind of a GX80/85 mark II...with the same IBIS but improved 4k, 120p on 1080p, and enhanced AF. I would take it even twice a price today
Very nice!
nice im a gx85 user also
Amazing lil camera!
Brooo this video is a lesson about videography. It's not the plane, its the pilot moment.
Thank you for the great content. Sub'ed.
Spencer was this filmed in 8 bit
It sure was my friend!
Absolutely brilliant I am glad to hear it. I think at this point in time both the Panasonic GH5 and Panasonic G9 is going to be the new 500 dollar camera from Panasonic
Great Quality Content!!!
Thank you so much Allan!!!
Thanks
Absolutely, thank you for watching!
You are talented. Beautiful video
Thank you so much for the kind words Paul, I appreciate them very much!
