Very well and interestingly explained. Libra Rising here. Vishakha Nakshatra - Pada 1. Venus is also my atmakaraka. Venus is placed in the 5th house in Aquarius, Purva Bhadrapada Nakshatra - Pada 2 (It falls in Taurus Navamsa).
My Libra Ascendant is at 26 degrees and the Ayanamsha is Lahiri. I would think the Ascendant Sign would have a little something to do with it, it’s one of the Big Three in a Birth Chart, there is quite a difference between the looks and impressions, vibes etc these to Signs have. Do I look sweet and charming? Because that’s some of the words I’ve read to describe a Libra Rising.

I noticed a lot of people who are Libra Ascendant in Vedic are Scorpio Ascendants in Western, myself included.
No it has nothing to do with you being Libra Ascendant or Scorpio Ascendant..It all depends on the Degree of the Ascendant and the Ayanamsha used..
