    I have bought 2 of these indoor cameras and it was a breeze to set them up. Very good quality pictures; even in the night vision mode. The 7 day free trial for recording given by EZVIZ is very useful in determining the quality of the product. Today I managed to find the port to insert an 128 GB so card with the help of your video; since I found it quite tricky to locate it. Your TH-cam video helped in telling about the reset button to be pressed which I did not do and was unable to record. The only complaint I have about this product is that the manual lettering is so small as it is unreadable.
    Now all is working well and thanks for your help in explaining it so well.

    @ezviz i bought the TY1 but after mounting, the video on my phone is inverted, how do I correct that?

    Which microsd did you use because I have a Samsung 256gb Evo plus SD And it tells me that it is not compatible, can you recommend some that you have used?

    So far I only have one of the 5 up. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxOXxsTZ3ptV_Pk0fFl8bNZvVqeoqBQFwe My son ran out of time, with motion detector etc. I have it over my garage door. It works great. Have seen a couple of cats, my dogs, when I am out front. And had a bee buzzing around right in front of it. It works very well. It even shows the neighbour's driveway, but only shows movement just past my own, which is very long. I highly recommend them.

      Hi there, the IR lights are turned on when the light isn't sufficient, so that it can render imaging even at night.

      ​@@TrTVTRR Unfortunately it can't be turned off. If IR lights are off, that means there's absolutely no imaging at night or the lighting is poor. Instead, you may turn on the privacy mode (or sleep mode) at night if you don't want any indicator light turn on.

      Hi there, when you switch between fixed view and dynamic view, the default position would be the moment it switched. If you'd like to adjust the angle, you may manually adjust the pan & tilt position.

    Câmera de EXCELENTE qualidade,imagens perfeitas principalmente á noite. o que irrita um pouco é que dê vez em quando do nada fica off line, queria relatar que a marca deveria trabalhar com a moeda local de cada país,pois a gravação em nuvem é um dólar..pra quem ganha em moeda real(Brasil) fica inviavel. Obrigada!

    L' APP ha un bag, non ti permette di mantenere la telecamera in "zoom". Se riapri l'app torna l'immagine grandagolo. Sarebbe da correggere.
