- Pittsburgh Detectives attempt to stop a vehicle, but the driver speeds away, tossing a handgun out the window. Officers in Chattanooga stop a vehicle and find an open beer. The passenger begins to wail when he realizes he may have to go to jail for the still-cold adult beverage. A couple argues over a difference of opinion in Travis County, TX. The husband believes he can beat his child if he doesn't approve of his lifestyle, while the wife wants to support any offspring's decisions in love.

Yeah its always something. If taking care of momma was so important he wouldn't be out riding around with his meth head buddy drinking beer. No judgment about how he chooses to live his life, but if you're man enough to break the law, you're man enough to take the consequences. Don't start crying and whining like a little kid when you get pulled over.
His mother was in the hospital and wasn't expected to live much longer.... I watched this original episode also.

Chattanooga cops seemed kinda douchey TBH. One of them sitting on the hood of a cruiser during the stop, the other one legitimately suggesting that they get back in the car for another 5 minutes, and then turning around and claiming that nobody said to get back in the car when the guy did so.

They're racing to get his ass, you would think it would take more time and could possibly lose the suspect
They have to be able to get in and go and get out quickly. They are colloquially known as "jump out boys" for a reason. They have to be able to pull up and be out of the car before the suspects even know whats going on.

The cop didn't harass the father. She got the story and assisted the wife and child to leave a troublesome situation.
