For AJ it's never been about his physical condition, it's always been about his pad level! AJ runs way to straight up and down especially at the point of contact. Aaron Jones showed how important leverage through pad level is and I always hoped AJ would pick up on this and focus on running lower but to date I have Not seen a change and I pray it's different this year. I really like AJ as a person from what I've seen of him but that's a big difference from how I see him as a productive back contributing to the team!
