- A lot of people misinterpret what putting God first ACTUALLY looks like. In this video, I break down what putting God first ACTUALLY looks like and that is 1. Letting go of what others will think of you when following God’s voice and your heart, 2. Not knowing what the next step is yet you still feel at peace, and 3. Surrendering your ENTIRE life to him.

Trust in God, I know vague but its true, To let the flesh die we must sacrifice our wordly ways, Meaning like wordly things, so say you are addicted to porn, which is wordly the dieing in flesh with that would be resisting the urgues and Choosing to follow him, Christ Jesus, There are many more examples of letting your flesh die but a rule of thumb is your flesh is your desires not desires of God, But wordly ones, Like gaming, lust, and other sin, and letting them starve meaning starving the flesh and feed your spirit letting it grow by reading the word and worshipping him, which is by overcoming the flesh and doing what he wants, whenever those desires come ask yourself this, If I do this will God be happy with me?

Putting God first is centering your life in Him. It is a God-centered life.
i'm starting more and more to be more serious about my faith and relationship with God and it is so hard. compared to what i'm used to, instant gratification, constant entertainment & stimulation, laziness, etc. etc., it's rough, but i got this at the best time possible.

hey guys :) my journey has been going well since i've posted that comment. i appreciate you guys checking in.
i've been getting rid of some old habits and trying to leave old mindsets. it was a struggle but because of God i've gone a while without caving in again. it gets easier with each passing day. God really changes people. i'm just seeking Him out first above all else and as my relationship with Him grows stronger i simply feel less inclined go sin. i feel more patient and more motivated since then. i do get burnt out sometimes, but i'm working on discipline too. it's definitely hard but life is hard no matter what. i just gotta choose the right hard yk?

Good on you man, I'd like to say I've come out of that just now but there's always those little issues that will spring up and you're like, how'd you get here?? lol. I'm really glad that you've decided to take that step and that the journey is going well for you. I think a really great verse to remember when things get hard is Psalm 31. I love this verse and it helped me out of the worst lows of my depression. God bless :D
I found your content while seeking some peace , cuz I lost it temporarily. I love your content! I used to struggle with club going addiction, however I surpassed that 1 year ago. I bought an apartment and focused on learning Japanese and reading and being peaceful. Sometimes I struggle with loneliness and depression, but not every day. Because I've been on my own for years, I found God and he gave me peace . Now I don't feel alone anymore, I just feel lonely sometimes ( although I still have many friends, I just don't go out a lot )

wonderful video bro. I think you touched on this already but i think putting God first means to reflect his law, teachings an actions. Being a light and representing God throughout daily life is what i think it means adding on to everything you said. Keep up the work❤

yes yes and yes, id like to add something if youll allow me. Is that a good friend of mine once said. even though we have those struggles and trials and tribulations... and all the hardships there is still JOY in it. Just as a mother giving birth to her child... there is great pain, but only temporary BUT after there is so much JOY in it and of course the blessings.
Great video,! I would like to add if we really believe God is real and he speaks we would rely more on his opinion and revelation from him verse others like teachers and pastors. God said in his word, " my sheep know my voice and they only follow me". This requires intentional dedication to actually know his voice. This goes back to your video learning how to sit with God and do nothing. When Jesus called those disciples to follow him they recognized his voice. If that was me it would be a bit hard and I would need several confirmations. I do have the desire to solely follow Christ as I work on this daily. As a human I tend to learn from other humans but God is the only teacher. Waiting on his answer and instructions requires the fruit of patience.

One thing that I would say is a great way to surrender your life to God is by going to him first in every situation. Financial, relational, mental, physical, everything, always go to God first for information, for insight, for help. That has helped me in my life and I recommend people do the same.

Dude… it wasn’t an ordinary day for Andrew and Simon (Peter) …. Simon was on the water all night fishing on Shabbat to repay a debt to the Romans. He didn’t catch 1 fish.
Jesus came the next morning… told them to cast the net and he save them and they got to pay off their debt.

what if I lack in prayers and reading GOD's word, can I still expect to myself that I am following GOD?
What's your thoughts on this? - in my case I'm worried that I won't get to enjoy some of the hobbies I have right now. How do I let go of this. I also have a view putting God first means that whenever I have free time I should spend it reading God's word. Though I feel I couldn't spend hours and hours doing that since I would just get exhausted.

The God and generally Christianity, especially orthodox christianity is the purest and truest religion. Even if someone will say that other religions are better or something against this, there are a lot of clues and reasons why orthodoxy is the truest. There are a lot of examples of miracles that have happened during humanity's lifetime. I am orthodox christian and my country is orthodox. As I praise and love the God, I am spiritually happy and at ease.
Religion doesn't exist and shouldn't exist because there is only one truth, and that is through the forgiveness and grace by Jesus Christ. Us being put on this Earth to love God with all our might, love our neighbors as ourselves, and bring others closer to him in Jesus name!

According to scripture in the book of 2 Corinthians we read where on the cross, God was in Christ reconciling himself through Christ Jesus, NOT Imputing/charging our sins against US.
God put THE WORLDS sins on the person of Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:18-21
Jesus died for your sins according to scritpure. He paid the original sin debt for all of us with his blood.
The wages of sin required death. Romans 6:23
According to scripture in the kjBible, we are already forgiven of all our sins, but we must be JUSTIFIED/Saved if we want to go to heaven.
Your confessing, asking, kneeling, getting water baptised, rubbing rosery beads, or whatever is a waste of your time.
It just 'aint good enough, and you're about 2,000 years to late.
He already took all your sins to the grave and left them all there.
Then he rose again three days later WITHOUT your sins accordiing to scripture.
It. is. Finished.
Salvation comes when you recieve this good news on the basis of FAITH.
Ephesians 2:8,9 Salvation is NOT of yourselves. Its a gift of God.
Not by the works of the law, or your self effort.
According to scritpure rightly divided (2 Timothy 2:15 kjv) we are saved by Faith that what Jesus already did on your behalf was enough.
Upon believing this glorious good news, you are SEALED by and with the Holy Spirit unti the day of redemptuion.
Why? to appease the wrath of God soon to come, upon an unbelieving world who will perish in the lake of fire.
"Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." - Galatians 5:1 KJV
Salvation isn't about getting your sins forgiven, it's BELIEVING THEY ALREADY ARE.
Salvation doesn't get any easier than this, friends. This is the perfect simplicity that is IN CHRIST you need to TRUST if you want to go to heaven when you die.
You're either going to simply agree with God, or you wont.

Careful with that thinking. How you know Christianity is paganism and it isn’t the devil spinning lies in your own mind? Just be cautious is what I am trying to say. The Lord loves you though.
I think another important thing to note is that God does want to bless us, but we will not always see the blessings in this life. We may not see the blessed bank account or healed body. In those cases, nothing changes. We still live our lives according to His word trusting He will provide for us.
