I recently took a class with Howard out in Vegas. We spent all afternoon working on different tosses. Afterwords we went to a local casino and had a wonderfully successful time . Howard is the real deal and a very nice man to know.
Howard is not even truly focused because he is teaching but the mechanics and experience is evident in his throw. Consistency on a different level, wow.

@@diceshark8232 this is mark from the video. listen to the video. after he fixed my shot which took less than a minute I went on a 25 roll with 5 point winners. did you miss that part. I write down every shot and I threw seven 7s on 73 throws. If Howard gave away all the details you wouldnt pay for his instruction. I paid, it was well worth the money, I am totally happy and already booked a flight to las vegas for another class in November. Thanks Howard !!!
Are Howard and Mark opening their fingers from the 3 finger grip, or releasing their tossing hand's thumb while releasing the dice toward the back wall? Cannot tell from viewing this or Howard's prior YT videos.
is there a certain way you set the dice before each throw? Was always curious if that made a difference & couldnt tell what you were setting it too with all these throws
@@9wild209 this set pounds the box numbers hitting the 9 the least. I hit more tall bonus than the smalls. All credit goes to VDC on youtube. He has a couple videos with this set and he does outstanding with it. The hardway set never worked for me, my dice double pitch and have not been able to correct that but no issues with a double pitch on this set. I learned off axis throwing from Howard and that is starting to be my go to toss.
I appreciate the technique, however the surface of your table is not representative of what actually exists at the casino which can have a tremendous effect on the outcome of the toss, i play at Mohegan Sun and the tables are so bouncy that even with a controlled throw occasionally one die will bounce up land in the chip rack or out of the tub completely.
in reno , the tables are bouncy, & the dice setting /dice control is useless, as the dice bounce out of control the moment they hit the felt. longest roll I ever seen on these bouncy tables is about 15 rolls, & that's if you are super lucky. I usually play dont pass on them.
learn the off axis toss from Howard. if dice are bouncing off the table land the dice closer to the wall. I have seen dice bounce on a hard table and hit a person in the face. soften your shot. Howard teaches this, sounds like you are trying to do it alone.

Hi Howard when I noticed the landing of the toss I thought the goal was to keep them within 6 inches of each other. His dice r not that close
