  • Pelvic Swelling or abdominal and Trunk Lymphedema are common, but often unspoken issues that occur for both women and men. It can be challenging to get rid of, but exercise is a great treatment option to reduce swelling and lymphedema in the abdomen, pelvis, and trunk.     Breathing the correct way matters! I almost killed myself ones with a fast pace breathing exercise that involved closing nostrils and I went into what felt like severe vertigo episode for 28 hours after that: I am very careful now. Thanks so much for showing the right way of breathing.
