As complicated and unnerving as the content and story may be, I just loved this film. Every few years I see something that makes me love film all over again - just as I think maybe I’ll abandon my love for it altogether. And *May December* was such a film. In watching it, I felt it - not just this particular film but the medium itself - so deeply. I’m so grateful to Todd Haynes for the beautiful work he’s brought into this world. ❤
