Sweden's Frank Rizzo took us with him on a day with him at the BMW IBU World Cup, showing us that the work of a physiotherapist is way more than evening manipulation. From morning activation to pre-competition warm up, ending with long term injury prevention.

Very fascinating to see the tools that pro athletes actually has acces to.
When i was younger (18-25 ish) i was like in the 2nd highest league of handball in Sweden and we had such rudimentary things in our team. Our assistant coach would usually help out with theese things but that was with no education and just some basic understanding of the body.
I can only imagine what i could have achieved had i tried to push harder to get into the more elite scene (my dream was always to become a pro athlete until i broke my back , thank god i didnt get paralysed, which ended that dream).
