I can not say enough how nice it is to sit down and relax while watching this. I love more slow paced, calm, informative makeup content. So burned out on so much of the makeup scene now being short form, crazy edits with a billion cuts, lipsyncs, dumb trends, loud music or crazy storytimes or always something MORE to distract. This is so calming it's like my brain is at a spa.

You don't have to set with powder? I also bought the face balm. I had to send the first one back because the color was horrible for me. I bought it online, and what a nightmare that was. So I called all the Nordstrom's in my country until I found one that carried both my regular foundation and the Christian Louboutin so someone could do a color match. I finally found someone to help me, and the face balm was delivered today. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm very excited to try it. I'm in my 60s, so my skin is on the dry side. But you don't need setting powder with it? That would be great to put on a foundation and not have to worry about a setting powder.

I bought a Louboutin trio blush on my trip do Paris this summer and HOW suprised was I when (at the checkout) the saleswoman told me that for the packaging I have to pay separately ☠️ Of course I didn’t pick it up at the end hahaha I really enjoy having this trio, a highlighter from that is one of a kind! ✨

I do enjoy when you review the luxury brands. Being of a certain age, many of the drugstore products are made for people who have oilier, younger skin. I need the moisture and skin benefits that cost a little more. Also the colors from drugstore can be quite bright and trendy for older women and I appreciate the toned down luxury approach to color themes. PS. Happy Birthday to your mom.
