Crazy that I watched Mike Brown race 125 supercross back in 92 and he is still racing on a high level in 2024. Also shout outs to J.Emig and Doug Henry. Amazing rides
We were the generation that went outside to play! No mower was safe from becoming a mini bike. No phone. Swimming was 10 cents: 3 TV channels it went off at 1am. We had to take PE, we were the next crop of soldiers.
Great to see brown, dobb, nichol, and especially herring back on bike. The track is not rutty like modern days allowing the skilled riders with track craft to shine through 👏
I remember racing against Rob Herring at Taunton..... in the juniors!!!! We were all.. 'who is this crazy fast kid in the Blue Stratos gear, and why the he'll is he in the juniors???'😂 really glad you're still riding, me too!

It is possible, if you take good care of yourself and exercise and keep a good diet, its possible to be very fit even in your 60s.

Would love to see Brownie show up at an AMA National and try to qualify, interesting to say the least
MB will no doubt go down as the best vet Rider of all time.
Good vibes
I think Mike Brown was racing mx in the early 1980s maybe on small bikes that’s incredible

5:55 a unit!
You caught that too! He’s a big’un.
Mike Brown might not be the Goat greatest of all time be he is the greatest the longest time hands down.
Brad Oleary's pace on a TWINSHOCK needs to be studied by scientists 😳
5:54 That has to be the biggest guy on a bike ive ever seen!
Wonder who his suspension guy is!
That was Steve Mathis!
Kurt Nicoll is still as fast as riders are today lol.
What a great event 👏
Was that Jeff Emig and Tommy Clowers in the intro?
Any one has seen Jeff Stanton?
Tommy Searle thought the track needed ruts and Kurt Nicolls loved that it didn't have them. There's the difference between old school and modern.
Man big guy Steve Mathis on that 125 hahaha
Your saying it was sociable in the 80 you should have tried the early 70 now that was what you call sociable
Gaytm dosent seem right at this event .
