You're welcome Nate! I noticed your wrist is still taped up for the TFCC tear. I just recovered from same injury and found a product advertised in Tennis Magazine from Sinew Therapeutics called Acute Sinew Liniment. This is made from an ancient Chinese formula to heal joints and muscles. I have been using it and it on my wrist has really helped a lot. I recently developed a foot issue and used it on that and it is getting better. Please check it out online.
What about the womens style of swing? I've seen some of the top female players go pretty far back in swing. It looks vastly different from nick kyrgios. I'm somewhere in between.
J Look there’s definitely a difference between the ATP And WTA forehand. It’s best not to break the plan if possible. Breaking the plane requires additional time and improved reflexes, on the ATP the pace of the ball simply doesn’t allow it. Thanks for watching.
J Look not necessarily. It’s all about the level you’re playing at and the consistent rate of pace your competing against. The WTA forehand is extremely resourceful until facing an elite level of play. 5.0+. With that being said if you’re learning the ATP forehand stay with it. Both are really personal preference at the recreational level.
@@Playyourcourt I'm learning whatever my coach is teaching me. Basically continental with holding the racquet back on backhand with my right hand. I somehow managed to stumble into the kyrgios loop but can't get it on every shot. I can't get eastern to work.
The problem with this drill is that if you keep your elbow high, you will never feel the net even if you do break the plane. It's better to use the fence or a wall.

@@Playyourcourt So the women's style is only for women then. And us male rec players should use this ATP style?

Hi Nathan
I think you'd better write your advices and some exercise in video.
Heri Purwata Sorry Heri, I’m having a hard time following, do you mind clarifying?
@@Playyourcourt...I mean is at the end of this video you write the tips as conclusion. Because I'm of Indonesia didn't know all sentences you said.
