    I think I may have worked out why Jerry judge goes on about the fat old man thing, and Amber too is making such a deal about it. I think that is what made JD so angry and started his whole 3 day assault against her. Johnny’s testimony for the Australia was that he caught Amber in a lie. My theory is he confronted her about it, “you called me a fat old man” to which she denied. And he caught her out as “Jerry judge told me you did” Her denial is what angered him so much as he knew it was a lie and he seems to really hate her denying any perceived misdemeanours. It would make sense that she is so upset with Jerry Judge because him telling on her led to all that abuse. She may also blame herself because it her denial that led to all that abuse. If true it’s so sad that such a small slight on her part led to so much pain and terror for her.

    Thank you so much for making this!! It’s astounding to me that soooo many people have bought into Depp’s story when there are so many times he switches up his story, especially between the US and UK trials (neither of which the majority of Depp supporters paid attention to at all, especially the UK transcript.)
    Not to mention the evidence of physical abuse, destruction of property, verbal abuse, etc etc ETC...yet none of this matters. Amber has a whole timeline of abuse while Depp doesn’t have anything yet he’s the more believable one?? I’m so tired.

    Thanks so much for this. You both did an awesome job of showing the anti Heard propaganda machine up for what it really is. These edited tapes have had a catastrophic impact on Amber's ability to get justice, and with regards to this tape specifically, the fuss that the pro Depp mob make of it is actually really embarrassing. Other than proving their obvious inability to comprehend even the most basic of situations, it's actually both funny, and completely infuriating to see how transparent an attempt to manipulate the general public this really is, something you both managed to convey really well here. And while I think there is a large percentage of people out there who don't actually give a s**t about the truth due to their worship of Johnny, or their desire to see their different agendas fulfilled, hopefully videos like this will encourage those who do, to drop their hive mentality for two minutes, and start thinking for themselves.

    Thank you again for a great video. I'm only halfway through and you've already said so many things that absolutely need to be said about this case. I agree she doesn't seem angry; she either has yet to go through the process or she has overcome it already. Probably the first option as he's still actively abusing her.
    Sometimes I wonder how much of this is Depp's own strategy, with that mashed up brain of his; he can barely string two sentences together. There's a lot of money to be made by so many people. In a few years, his handlers/lackeys might end up controlling him. I'm sure he has all the venom and need for control to continue, but I doubt he has enough neurons left.

    • @mechantechatonne
      @mechantechatonne 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't think it's necessary for Depp to be able to come up with all of this, all he had to provide is the venom and the money and the people he pays can figure out the particulars. We do know Depp did request she be pharmaceutically controlled, though, because he accidentally sent all 70k of his texts when only certain ones were requested in the UK, and among them were texts to Kipper insisting the reason he pays him is to keep Amber under control and keep her off his back.

      She seemed angry during some of the witness testimony, especially under Dr.Curry, but FFS, who wouldn’t be at that point? It had been years of a abuse and she was being dragged back into court having just been in court in the UK where Johnny Depp lost, based on the same facts. I think she might be at the point where she is very zen, because she has to be. She’s been through such hell she’s numbed to a lot of it and a lot of the bitterness is just gone because she doesn’t have the energy for it anymore. I wish her all the healing and peace in the world.

    Finally got to the end of this one (been watching it in chunks for a few days) and once again it’s spot on. So clear how she was not only being abused by Depp but by his entire staff. Depp is beyond lucky that this wasn’t allowed to be admitted in the US trial because it’s DAMNING!
    I relate so much to your conclusion that his abuse backfired and made her an activist. I found feminism in the midst of an abusive relationship. I knew something was wrong but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Feminism gave me the terminology to name and understand what was happening to me. Of course the man dismissed me as “crazy” when I confronted him, but he eventually realized what he did was wrong. It was too late though. His entitled mentality destroyed our relationship.
    This is why these men work so hard to make feminists out to be gross old hags. When we get together and dissect the shit they put us through and support each other we challenge their power and the narrative they worked so hard to craft.

    I read the judges report recently and there were 2 physical claims he rejected. One was because ms Heard could not recall specific details of the abuse. The other was rejected for some reason like, depps team did not have the opportunity to give his side or deny or something. Seems like a legal fairness issue. He also did not accept one of her sexual allegations, the Hicksville one for reasons he was not allowed to disclose, but he did accept that she was physically assaulted at Hicksville. He did accept the other 2 sexually allegations, the Australia one (assuming bottle) and the other one, I think was where he pushed her onto the bed by the groin. But I can’t be sure the third one as it’s confidential.
    He did accept the Winona tattoo.
    He also made a point that because the allegations were so serious standard of proof was higher than civil standard.
    Any thoughts on the judges acceptance of the SA. I don’t know if she gave her testimony orally in London for the SA or if She was cross examined about it. I know she was for everything else, but I don’t know about the SA because those transcripts aren’t available due to fact that it had to be kept confidential.

    • @mechantechatonne
      @mechantechatonne 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the fact all claims were not accepted but they carefully went through the evidence for each one to see if it was conclusive and explained how they came to those conclusions goes against the Depp camp's claims they were biased against him. They were actually biased towards him because the burden of proof was on the Sun to prove Amber's allegations true through a preponderance of the evidence, not on Depp to prove them false. That means that it's an appropriate application of the law to rule against something if there's a lack of sufficiently compelling evidence presented by the party with the burden of proof. Something not having enough evidence to prove conclusively that it occurred isn't the same as something not happening from a legal perspective; not meeting the burden of proof isn't proof of a lie. The fact there were over a dozen claims they DID meet the burden of proof in proving occurred speaks volumes. As far as how they regarded SA in teh UK case, we can't know much because they actually respect victims enough to not make such things a matter of public spectacle. That's for the best in my opinion.

    • @BelleAntoinette
      @BelleAntoinette 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      I'm not sure if she was cross-examined for the SA testimony but I'm assuming she was allowed to do it without Johnny staring her down. I'm also assuming Johnny's team was allowed to view that testimony and respond. We'll likely never know what the process was.

      Adam Waldman was Johnny's lawyer. He and Johnny planned a smear campaign where they edited clips from recordings and leaked them to media. They also contacted some TH-camrs to have them spread the edited recordings on their platforms, leaked a bunch of made-up stories including the poop on the bed and Amber being arrested for DV, told the media Amber and her friends set up a hoax to frame JD for DV, and paid for bots to trend hashtags across various platforms. Adam Waldman was part of his legal team for this case in Virginia but was kicked off once it was revealed he tampered with evidence. Johnny's team then tried to claim Adam did all that on his own volition and Johnny had nothing to do with it despite him representing JD as an agent and lawyer. The judge decided that everything Adam said counted as Johnny's word. Somehow the jury didn't care about that, the youtubers he named are still posting about Amber, and Adam is promising to further humiliate her.
